We bought a freezer for our garage for about $500. Within a week we were having issues. They sent out their repair guy right away. He was very friendly, and figured out the immediate problem. Now, 4 or 5 months later, our freezer went out. IT was still running, and sounded like it was working but it wasn't keeping things cool so by the time we realized there was an issue we had already lost about $800 worth of meat and food.

I had a friend come out who does appliance repair and it took him 2 seconds of looking to declare it dead. He also explained to me that whoever I bought it from had never intended for it to last much longer than the 30 day return window. I bought a washer and dryer set in November 2023. I was unsure about if I should buy used or new but was sold on the older used set that was supposed to be very reliable. It was a matching kenmore set. My main motor on my washer went out in August if this year and The repairman who came said that you can no longer order that part and even if we could it wouldn’t be worth the expense to fix it as compared to buying new. Very I'm happy the 1st washer had gunk come out my water was contaminated and put stains all over my 2 loads. This past match I then got a 2ond washer it to had a spin cycle issue My third one in April I gave up fighting with the owner re his as is policy 30 dsys of hell this is not the first time bought from there never again. BUYER BEWARE his washers contaminated, painted to look good only to have junk FOR sale starting at $140.00. The health dept should make a surprise visit. Good advice DON'T BUY...
