California Decor Store — Local services in Redding

I've only ordered on-line from this boutique. Both from them directly and through Amazon. I've been doing business with them for at least two years. It's one of the best! They've got a great selection of products and they've got a great sense of customer service. I'm sure they wrote a number of chapters "in the book" on customer service.

Take this for one instance: I was experiencing difficulty locating their store on Amazon... yes, I'm getting older... I found an old e-mail from them in my Amazon account and sent them a message asking for some help purchasing French soaps. Their store specifically indicates they're closed after 5PM; however, within an hour or so, they got ahold of my through my personal e-mail and everything was set up and ready to go at the drop of a hat!
