I live out of town, I placed an order over the phone after reading great reviews for a funeral. I was unable to attend myself, but my father and his wife was able to see the bouquet in person and called me after the service saying how embarrassed they were of the bouquet. This was from several family members to a cherished family friend. I myself have owned a flower shop, so I was specific in asking for what I wanted, a nice fall bouquet with sunflowers in a vase. The bouquet was 3 sunflowers, tons of greens, Billy balls, millet and curly willow, which does NOT add up to a 60.00 bouquet. Having had my own shop and had unfortunate complaints at times I would first of all ask what the customers dislikes or concerns were instead of arguing with them about how beautiful you thought the bouquet was when I am clearly calling to tell you we were embarrassed that this was sent from our family to our dear friends! The person I spoke with asked me to bring the flowers back if I wanted a refund. #1, I already told her I live out of town #2, how tacky would that be if I did live in town to go ask for the flowers back from the family while they are still greiving #3, I told her if she wanted them back she could go to the church because my dad said they left the flowers there. I asked for the owner to call me before the close of business and didn't receive a call, the person I spoke with just kept telling me I was irritated so clearly it didn't matter what she told me. She needs some customer service skills, #1 rule never argue with the customer. Sad that they seem more worried about getting dead flowers back than having a satisfied customer and receive a bad review. I know from experience how the reviews can affect your...
Read moreI ordered online since I now live out of state. I ordered my aunt flowers to be sent to the Redmond hospital due to emergency surgery. I was notified soon after putting my order in that my aunt was being transported to the Bend hospital fir the surgery.
I called Every Bloomn’ Thing to see if they delivered to Bend. As it was really important to me that my aunt get the flowers since we didn’t know if she would make it. Delivering to Bend isn’t part of their delivery route. Donna said that if there wasn’t a snow storm going through that she would have made an exception for me. But due to bad weather they weren’t able to deliver that far away. Donna was willing to hold the flowers for me until I was able to find someone to pick them up to deliver to my aunt in the ICU for me.
Donna was so accommodating and compassionate. She was apologetic and said that she was putting even more flowers in the bouquet. She didn’t need to feel bad as delivering to Bend wasn’t part of their delivery route. But she showed genuine compassion and at that moment I really needed that. She’s an Angel.
I highly recommend this florist. She genuinely cares about her customers. Even the ones who no longer live in Central Oregon. Thank...
Read moreWow! Not only are the arrangements stunning, but the owner and her staff are real class acts; supremely top notch! Valentine's is arguably one of the busiest floral days of the year, and when there was some sort of snafu regarding my daughter's arrangement from my husband we were both disappointed, if not devastated. Without being able to solve the conundrum, Donna stepped up to the plate and created a whole new arrangement in order to ensure that my 14 yr old got her special moment. She really went above and beyond and we are so very grateful. I can say with confidence that doing business with these lovely people will be a moment not soon forgotten. Thank you Miss Donna and...
