Zero star rating! They were rushing and hurt my baby girls broken/ fractured arm while putting the splint on her. I told them to stop what they were doing and they just blatantly didn’t listen to me or her. They also couldn’t even read her X-rays to diagnose so we’re to come back in a week!?

All they do is shoo you out the door here without any answers. Don’t go here and expect anything good to come from it.

Update: We brought her to Willmar urgent care the next day because I knew the splint was hurting her, Dr. Freeze didn’t put it on right. It was rubbing right on her fracture. She was in excruciating pain we had to lift her in and out of the car and bed etc and she wouldn’t let anybody touch her arm. She was terrified. Willmar Centra Care took another X-ray and had to remove the splint that he put on her so they could put it on the right way. She was so scared at this point and so afraid of being hurt they nearly had to put her under to do it! 😭💔 Now that she has the splint on correctly and it’s actually protecting her fractured area she was immediately able to get around easily and do almost everything herself and slept through the night! 0 stars if that’s would even be possible. I am no stranger to medical issues and sadly, it’s worse everytime we go. We have had a few encounters with this hospital in particular and every time, it’s utter disappointment. The first time I had my premature daughter in who was having a hard time breathing and very sick. Waited an hour just to be seen, they ran some tests, and then waited another 2 HOURS for no one to come back. I walked into the hallway in anger, asked if someone could get talk to me and a luckily a doctor walked by and said “oh the nurse didn’t get back to you? Your daughter has acute bronchitis. Like are you kidding me? The other 2 times was with my FIL and again, it’s a constant waiting game just to be seen and talked to! My husband was just out there with him for 4 hours and there is still nothing.. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing and the main reason we WILL never go back. Do better. You wonder why so many people have given up on the...

This is zero star posting... Do not go here if you want treatment or stay alive......

I sat in the triage (a small room not even in the ER) room with tissue on my finger for an hour all i got was xrays and a million questions.. . The nurse came in to "discharge me" an i started crying from pain... she jumped to is he hurting you i said no I have been sitting here for an hour an my finger is leave the same i came in no one cleaned it nothing.... an your just sending me home.. she kept on her are you safe trying to kick Joshua Lewis out of the room as am crying.... he told her no its as she said no one has done anything to help her she said well we have had a full ER all night an its not broken.... I will never go to that hospital again.... my kids had to watch us fix my finger at home because a place thats supposed to help people refussed..... Thanks a lot Redwood hospital...
