The golf course itself is one of the top courses in the state IMO. I have a love for lynx golf courses and Dacotah Ridge delivers. The greens are fast and in incredible shape. The fairways are meticulous and set you up for great looks at the green. The bunkers are massive and can be a daunting task to get out of. I have played this course 3 times and have yet to find a flaw in the course setup. Another nice feature to Dacotah Ridge is the driving range. The balls are in great shape, the hitting surface is well kept and the target greens give an excellent visual to dial in your shots.
I've only eaten once in the clubhouse. It was busy and it took a while to get our food. However, the staff did an excellent job of getting us our drinks. Overall, the experience at Dacotah Ridge can be memorable. i will be making the trek from central MN every summer in order to play this beautiful...

Course was in excellent shape, especially considering the winter and spring we have had. Tee boxes and fairways were in excellent shape and the greens were decent.
The pro shop took good care of us, the carts are in good shape, and the on-cart GPS system is nice. The restaurant is much better than the casino's options for lunch and dinner.
There was a girls' high school golf tournament on two of the days we played. Slowed play down some but not too bad. And, it was fun to see the course full and the excitement the girls brought to the venue was fun.
Overall, a great venue and we had a great time. Looking forward...

Let me try.
Golf Digest ranked it #18 in the Best Golf Courses in Minnesota in 2019. In their top 20, only 6 of them are public and the rest at private. I played all six of them and I would easily put Dacotah Ridge higher.
USA Today ranked it #8 on their list of Best Golf Courses You Can Play in Minnesota for 2020. I played all 10 of them this fall and again would put it higher on that list.
If you appreciate a links style course with spectacular wide open views. It is without a doubt, best in state for this. The staff is friendly and the courses is manicured.
