Since the new manager has taken over the Rehobeth store in September of 2024, (last month), the place has turned into a dive. We pride ourselves in Rehobeth for being a nice, cozy, clean town with great schools, and this store used to fit into that dynamic beautifully.
Now, it looks like a yard sale every single day, with broken down boxes, and trying to sell the crap that didn't sell in the store, so they moved it to the sidewalk.
This isn't the store that we have helped support for years. I don't know who this new manager is, but they do not care about the store or the town they work in, which the rest of us call home, Or they would take better care of the store that was handed to them.
Or maybe this is just how they live in their own personal lives and the store is an extension of that.

Read moreSince Sydney left, this store has gone downhill. The new store manager and assistant manager gossip about different customers while other customers are in earshot. This is not professional in the least. The shelves are always lacking but boxes are in the walkway, I guess to restock? The staff at the 231 store and Brannon Stand/Fortner store are all incredible people. They leave the drama at the time clock, as it should be. My daughter just got her license and can't even go to the 203 store (close to home) without being accused of turning in a bad survey or purposefully moving items into wrong places to cause trouble. About 6 months ago the store would close when it got hot in the store, assuming it took months to get the a/c fixed, every time I go to the store, everyone is smoking outside and expect you to just take care of yourself at the self checkouts. Now it’s been 2 or 3 weeks and they have only been able to take cash, while the self checkouts are down. Not sure if it’s the store or leadership, or corporate but please try and get things fixed in a timely manner for your customers.
