Sugar Tit Moonshine Distillery — Local services in Reidville

I love the location it added to the character of the building. Clean and organized well the part that stopped us from buying or purchasing anything. We were greeted and ask about a tour or tasting. We opted to taste but the bar had people not tasting. We stood and waited for the lady to ask them to move and she started our tasting with a group that was over half done and we missed a lot not to mention the cups were half full if that some you couldn’t even get a true taste to see if you like it or not. We usually do wine tasting which are a hole different ball game but being from dark corner and Tennessee. We understand drinking laws but when you drive 30 miles pay money that is suppose to pay for moonshine and get nothing it’s a lil dissatisfying. I wish we could have received enough to enjoy the craftsmanship put into this moonshine. At the end she didn’t offer pricing or let us know anything. She could have made sells with what I saw and the little I tasted So we left and the others around us left to I’m not sure anyone can enjoy less than a half a cup of moonshine when the cup holds an ounce. Great store great location but don’t expect to taste anything to coat your throat. When the door closed and everyone left the same complaints were made. I mean sampling cups should be full that way you know what your drinking and aftertaste I would have loved a lil background on distillery as well. I hope this helps with future tasters. Working bars in college and doing wine tastings we all know what sells alcohol but that wasn’t cutting it...

Wow... What a great find! This is a small but amazing distillery. The quality of products are amazing. The 60% moonshine is probably one of the smoothest I had in a long time. We had the opportunity to meet Mary, the front head ops/hostess and the master distiller & owner, Bob. Both the sampling and tour were really great. Mary took the time to explain all the samples and Bob did an amazing job with the tour, to go over the distilling process. Just from the sampling, you could tell that the end products are high quality but the tour really does solidy the excellent execution of their manufacturing. Very kid friendly also. We took our 3 year old and he was easily entertained during the tasting and tour. Highly recommended! Will be back in the...

What a wonderful place! Our family (including my 10 yr old son) popped in while passing on our roadtrip. We were welcomed with opened arms and the best hospitality! We took the tour (which I think is a must!) And had a sample. We were so impressed by the taste and quality of the moonshine, which is now award winning! You can really see the love and passion that has gone into this place, from the renovation of the building, the town's history, supporting the local community and of the course the product itself. This is definitely a stop we will not forget! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!
