Fast, reliable, honest service. I know a dishwasher is not a necessity, but when I woke up and tried to use the dishwasher and it was not working I was not a happy camper. We initially called one of the big appliance repair places who promised to be here by 3 pm and never showed. I knew it was time to find some one local. A simple google search brought up Trinity Appliance Repair. Boy am I glad we did. Mr. Ron said he would be here by 9 am on a Saturday morning and that he was. He was kind, courteous, and professional. His rates are reasonable and he made sure to let us know up front what the cost would be. Called Trinity Appliance Repair on Friday July 15th while looking for someone to come out and diagnosis a problem with washing machine. He gave me a time frame for the same afternoon and he showed up on time. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the repair part immediately. He said part would be in on Monday and he would be by Monday afternoon to facilitate repair. He again showed up on Monday as promised.
