I have taken 2 dogs to see the vet here and they are amazing! My 15 pound pikapalm was biting at his paw so bad that it was bleeding and raw. Needless to say that I was frantic but when I got inside of the clinic, they reassured me, everything was going to be okay and within minutes they told me he had a foxtail in his paw and they extracted it quickly. I also brought my a 120 pound rottweiler there because he couldn't keep food down. Dr. Rob seen my dog and gave me all of my options. He gave him a shot to calm down his stomach. Some antibiotics and some probiotics. If he wasn't better in 2 days. I had to take him back to get an X-Ray. well, thank God He was better in that two days. First thing in the morning on the 2nd day, Doctor Rob is calling me to check on my dog. I didn't get the first phone call.So he called back in about an hour. He was really concerned about my dog and that made me feel really good. You don't find very many people who care about you or your pet. I highly recommend coming here. The staff is super friendly and the veterinarians are not only knowledgeable, but they actually care about your animal! I'd give ten stars if I could!

My dog is a heathen and needs a lot of play time. I found Pet Fantasia on Google and thought, well...the daycare price is actually really good at only $20 for a full day for my terrorist to unleash her rath on other unsuspecting, and probably very nice, well trained dogs. The facilities are clean and nice, the staff is amazing, and the creature comes home exhausted! She gets so excited when I her drop off and I'm 99.9% sure she's depressed when I pick her up. I love this place for her so much that I boarded her for over Thanksgiving vacation for 10 days! Again, she was depressed to see me so I know she had the time of her doggie life! Highly recommend this place!!!

I trusted the rating on here and the 4 stars on Yelp and it was one of the worst decisions for my dogs I could have ever made. I've had my male cocker for four years, I normally have him groomed at a place in Sparks along with my female of two years. Never had an issue, the only reason we tried Fantasia was because we moved to the north valleys and my female gets car sick so I wanted to try a closer place to help her not get sick.

Setting up the appointment was easy, the place seemed clean when we showed up, the receptionist was kind and everything seemed fine when we dropped them off at 8am. It was a little strange that they said my dogs wouldn't be ready until 1 or 2pm, my previous groomer had them ready within 2 or 3 hours as all I want is them shaved. The receptionist told me that the groomer bathes them all at once and then starts pulling them out as they dry to groom. A bit odd but I kept going back to the high ratings and thought it should be ok.

I called once around 11 am to check on them, the receptionist assured me they were fine. I called again at 1pm because I got nervous, I don't like my dogs not being with me, she told me they were finishing up "the last dog" and I could pick them up in 30 minutes.

I arrived and paid 110 dollars for them to bathe, completely shave, relieve the anal glands and trim the nails of one 30 pound cocker spaniel/cavalier king Charles mix and one 25 pound cocker spaniel. My female wasn't groomed properly, and my healthy male was returned to me with an ulcer on the cornea of his right eye. I didn't spot it until we were five minutes down the road, immediately called Fantasia and they asked me to bring him back. I did, and the groomer put some sort of wash and ointment in his eye without asking, then said it didn't look swollen. It was very obviously swollen, I don't really expect people that injure dogs to admit to it.

This happened on a Sunday. My vet isn't open on Sunday and I didn't have 300 dollars for the emergency vet so first thing Monday morning I called and made the first available appointment which was at 10.45am. I called Fantasia and a man claiming to be the owner said he was aware of the situation and when I told him I had a vet appointment he said he'd "be very curious to see what they have to say."

Well they said he had a corneal ulcer. I entrusted them with the care of my healthy dog and they gave him back broken. I gave them a copy of the vet bill and told them I expected them to pay for it. The owner wasn't there but the groomer and receptionist told me he'd call me. A man named Cody called and said that unless my vet said specifically that she knew that their groomer did this to my dog they would do nothing. Thing is she wasn't there, they have no cameras and that is a ridiculous request.

If my dog was injured when he came in they would have documented it. They did not. I do have documentation that he was injured after being in the care of his groomer. Which is why I will be taking legal action. There are consequences for injuring someone's animal and then refusing to own up to your actions. Don't always trust Google and Yelp, go with your gut instinct. If I had trusted mine my pup wouldn't be injured and I wouldn't have a 200 dollar vet bill for trying to get my dogs groomed.

They also did not relieve either dogs anal glands and both smelled like dog, not clean and brushed down like my other groomer does. They may do well with boarding but for the health and safety of your dog do not take them to get groomed...

We had an emergency situation when, on the day we were to leave for my grandfather's funeral who died a year ago alone in the hospital from COVID, the other kennel we had made a reservation at in April for the correct dates had no record and no room for our dogs. We were trying to drop them off at 6:30 p.m. as our flight left at 11:00 p.m. My wife had made the original reservation and was now frantically crying and calling other kennels trying to get someone to watch our dogs so that we didn't have to miss What would have probably been the last time I get to see my last living grandparent alive and go to my grandfather's funeral as well as see the rest of my extended family and immediate family who have I have not seen in 2 years. To us, this trip had been a year of planning thousands of dollars spent 14 total days of PTO TAKEN And 3 life events I will never get back. When we called this location the staff member was almost immediately rude and told us that they probably had room but it was getting close to the end of her shift and she did not want to stay late. We did not have our dog's vaccination records with us at the time but we were on our way home to get them and we explain the situation but at this point the staff member started talking over my wife and my wife hung up in tears as I could hear the staff member talking non stop. I called back and offered to pay her $200 to stay a few minutes late so that we could go on this important trip. I explained the situation with my grandfather and what had happened and why this was so important and why my wife was upset but the staff member said because my wife was "rude" by hanging up she wouldn't even consider it. She even had the audacity to Completely negate the importance of seeing my family and attending my grandfather's funeral by saying she had had a family member "die recently". I don't want to overstate my own importance but I do work in high level surgery and I get paid salary to put other people's lives ahead of my own life, time, and well-being without getting paid overtime and sometimes I work more than 20 hours in a day even when I'm not scheduled to. At some point I will most likely care for some one(or already have) that this staff member knows or is related to. If this is how they treat human lives I have my doubts on how much they care about K9 companions. These are my fur children and now because I have to take care of them I will miss one of the most important days of this decade for me aside from the money and time I've already dedicated and now lost. I am always Leary at leaving my dogs at a kennel because I have seen and heard so many horror stories of dogs being neglected. If she won't stay 15 minutes late to take care of our dogs in an emergency when they have space for them will she stay 15 minutes late if she hasn't taken all the dogs out in...

We have used Fantasia Resort for about 7 years and have always been happy with them and their services. After the first time we took our dog there (ofcourse I worried) but he loved it so that put my worries to rest. This last weekend we had to board our dog for 3 days and 2 nights. I had my husband drop him off and when he got home he said he had a weird feeling, the guy at the counter who checked him in and took our dog to the back just seemed off to him and like maybe he wasn't a dog person. So that immediately made me uneasy. We always provide our dogs food prepackaged for him during his stay. And for the first time ever our dog didn't really want to go with the guy which was odd because he's always so excited to be there no matter who works the counter. Anyway, we ended up coming back early because we couldn't get over that uneasy feeling. So our baby only spent one full night and I guess technically 2 days. We had asked for play time for him each day as well. When we picked him up the guy said they had just fed him dinner (4PM) so he should be good for the night. When we got home there was 2 bags of his food left and if they fed him like we asked he should have only had one. And they didn't charge us for play time so I'm assuming he didn't get any. I am really sad and disappointed because Fantasia was the only place we would trust with our baby besides family. After this experience we won't be going back. Perhaps it was an oversight on their part or a new employee, either way not happy about several things and more so wondering what really goes on behind closed doors, they used to give us a report on our dog when we picked him up, now it's pay us and here's your dog. Always trust your gut. Just my opinion...
