On a Sunday when there are limited quality options, we had a pipe burst in the kitchen and needed help ASAP as our kitchen was flooded. We tried calling around town and other plumbers were either not answering or could only send someone the next day at the soonest. When I called Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing, Robin answered and was very sympathetic with our situation. She had to make some moves in order to get us help and I was told she would have someone out as soon as they were finished with their current appointment. She gave me a rough ETA and the technician Aaron arrived sooner than expected. Although it was a complex problem, Aaron was very knowledgeable and was able to identify a couple possible solutions and managed to get it done and save us having to come out of pocket a lot more than expected. He was also done fairly quickly even with having to make a trip to the hardware store. This was not an easy job but he was able to get it done and our family was able to have water the same day.
