She however promised to have space heaters at our disposal. If you know Seattle weather, you know how cold it gets in February. The two space heaters provided were a big joke, not only were they super small but they kept tripping the power causing a black out so we could not use them! My guests and I were cold and miserable during the entire event! As if that was not enough, they kept my deposit of US$250 on the flimsy reason that the club house had not been cleaned properly. Well, just how much cleaning were you expecting when you wanted us out of there by 10.00pm? They promised to give back US$ 200 to compensate for the lack of heating, still waiting on that to date! We had a family Christmas here. It was perfect. Nice amount of parking. Beautiful surroundings. Wheelchair accessible. Now let's go inside. Large open space with attached kitchen. We were able to do our last-minute preparations without being excluded from the rest of the family. With a restroom. We had a fantastic time. Will definitely rent again....oh wait, check this out. It was cold when we were there, but I noticed a cute area for an outdoor event. I have an idea we all will see...

They are really very inconsiderate now a days. We heard really nice things for this rental place and hosted our son's birthday party here. We got the facility rented for 3 hours and within those 3 hours we did 45 minutes of cleaning too. We paid 209 bucks for rent and 250 bucks as a deposit in advance. Next day they came up saying they will deduct $75 on and above as there were just 2 balloons lying in the parking space. I would not recommend this...
