This is going to be a lengthy review, but I promise it's worth the read to get a feel for this business and local team.
After years of doing manual pour over coffee every single morning we decided to take the plunge on the getting a new automatic setup. Unfortunately after not even 30 days the machine we purchased (fellow aiden coffee pot), went faulty. I called this store and they were extremely swift to get us a replacement. All we had to do was go to the store front, drop the machine off, and got a new one processed to us the next day. I was so impressed with the care and attentiveness this whole team displayed. They genuinely were just as concerned as we were about a faulty product. Fast forward to about 25ish days and this 2nd machine displayed the same faulty error. I called back, talked to Brett, part of the resolution department, and he was SO kind. I wasnt sure what kind of customer service was going to receive when calling a second time to tell them I have yet another faulty machine. No fault of theirs of course. He was tentative, respectful, and helped me- as the customer, find the best way to fix this situation so we all walked away happy. He put in a ticket to process my refund entirely so I could go to the store and pick out a different machine comperable to the expensive Fellow Aiden. I settled on the Moccamaster, which I must add is absolutely fabulous so far.
I hated being that customer coming to return an item not once, but twice. However, the Fellow Aiden is brand new to the market in terms of The Coffee World. So issues are to be expected. But this third party retailer handled it like champs.
I appreciate everyone I spoke to over the phone and in store while we worked through these unexpected issues the last 60 days. Customer service like this isn't experienced often anymore. They should all feel very proud. I'm certainly impressed.

I feel the need to respond to the owner's misleading response to my review. First of all, I did not "feel" the kettle was defective. It was. The intimation that it was a feeling on my part pretty much sums up the way the whole situation was approached. Everything Kitchens sent me a defective product. I paid $99 for a whistling kettle that does not whistle. I did not know that they sent me a defective kettle until I went to use it, so, yes, the original packaging materials were already recycled at that time. They wanted me to go out and buy a box and packaging material to send it back. I asked that they allow me to drop the kettle off at UPS (as Amazon allows) and have UPS pack it up and ship it back. Everything Kitchens refused. I offered other compromises. They were unwilling. I understand that it must be tough running an online business that sometimes sends out defective products. As I told them, I have owned many kettles (I drink a lot of tea :-)) and have never had a defective one. I am sorry that they were unwilling to allow me to drop it off at UPS, so that UPS would be responsible for damage during shipping. I still think that was a reasonable compromise for them sending me a defective product. It seems as long as nothing goes wrong with your transaction, perhaps you are safe. I would not take the risk with them again. They were unreasonable and uncompromising, at least with me. I hope this more detailed explanation helps in clearing up the slanted version the owner of Everything Kitchens put forth. Really, I just want other consumers to have the information, so they can judge for yourself.
