Visited the âPumpkin Patch/Fall Festâ today with my family and was highly disappointed. It looked nothing like the website or the video on TikTok/IG. It was marketed as a black-owned farm but upon arrival just says family-owned which is deceiving. Either way we wanted to support a smaller farm. Itâs easy to find but nothing amazing about it. Free self-service parking on a gravel lot that oddly extends through the whole facility. The fall fest consisted of pigs & goats as well as maybe 5 inflatable bouncy castles/slides & two games in a congested front area of the âfarmâ. Too small of a space for the amount of inflatables and kids in attendance. They do allow 1 free pumpkin per child ticket, but the pumpkins are all on the smaller side. There was not a hayride or tractor ride but instead a train that took you around the âpatchâ , display of pumpkins and flowers for sale. The ride takes all of 3 minutes and half of it is watching the cars drive by on Leesburg Pike. Really no spots for cute fall photos of the little ones unless youâre posing in front of a pumpkin display or sit your child on top of a pumpkin. To top it all off, the store did not have many seasonal treats and the shelves were pretty empty. Thankfully we found some apple cider donuts. We were highly disappointed and ended up going to the Leesburg Animal Farm to make up for it. Thankfully the tickets werenât too expensive but if I could get my money back I would. Unless there are major changes within the next year I will not...

They have the largest Proven Winners selection in the area! Anything and Everything you need for your garden, you can find here... fertilizers, compost, soil, plants, garden decorations, bird feed, organic and chemical remedies for pests, animals, disease, etc., trellis selection - the list truly keeps going on
As for food and snacks, this is the go-to place to find those unique snacks thay you won't find anywhere else OR the freshly baked goods!! Like the Apple Cider Donoughts which they make fresh every day đ Oh! And the local Honey options they have here!! Allergies?? They have the solution!
The best thing is that they are open for the Autumn and Winter seasons too with all of their Pumpkins and Christmas trees.. there is a Fall Fest at the end of September and I really just can't say enough good things about this place.
If you haven't been by RFGM, definitely put it on your list of things to do! The goats and the Pigs are always happy to make new friends and you might even see the barn cat Mai saying hello in the afternoon
Any questions? Feel free to give them a call. The customer service and knowledge of the folks that work there is out...
Read moreWow, this place is just overpriced. The value of the services and entertainment is questionable. There is a ridiculous charge: if your child is under 12 you have to be on the other side of the fence with them and you must pay $12 for you child and for yourself watching him. Most of the things are overpriced on this farm. Unfortunately this is not the saddest part. If you ask then about their prices they get very upset and defensive to the point for passive-aggressive rude with da attitude.
Managers told as exactly this: If you donât like new prices you are free to leave and good luck to you.
If I was the owner of this business I would be really concerned.
We use to be regulars on this farm but now I will make sure not to go there and advice against this farm to many of our friends with kids. You do not deserve to call your farm âRestonâ farm if you just trying behave like this!
There is a great Real Reston farm called Meadow Farms where all bouncers and entertainment is free and their people are very nice and helpful.
This is the start of my review journey with this farm. All of us will review it on many review sites to ensure people know not to go there.
Hire right managers if you want to keep your customers.
As fried suggested I will report this ridiculous incident to Better Business Burro. It is really sad how lack of intelligence and culture of just one employee that calls her self a manager could make an impact to...
