Gibson Point — Local services in Revere

For a place i had such high hopes for i am being let down. when it comes to amenities it sure does have a ton but the upkeep is so poor. The pool gets “cleaned” everyday but the water doesn’t get treated as a pool should with all the chemicals it needs. Can’t walk my dog around back because of the amount of animal feces that hasn’t been cleaned up after. The parking in the garage is really tight only good if you have a small vehicle. I can’t even get home from within the city of revere because i have to go into lynn and do a U-turn down the lynnway. As far as the apartment goes it’s been a disaster with the toliet handle falling off, the dishwasher broken, the closet rack breaks right off the wall. I can go all day and it’s only been 3 short months mind you. As a hispanic family we have been getting complaints and blamed for things that have nothing to do with us and makes us feel targeted. I work overnight and can’t even sleep a good sleep during the day because it’s like i live around a workshop with the constant banging and door slamming that goes on but i don’t once complain. I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all especially if you are a minority. With the money we spend here you would think that the place wouldn’t be falling apart and the people would treat...

Gibson Point is a beautiful property that I am so excited to call my future home! The amenities are unique - a recovery room, well equipped gym, work from home pods with nice water views, a zen garden, a restaurant onsite, pool, pet spa, and more in addition to the roomy apartments. It’s a great location next to a playground and basketball courts as well and has nice garage parking with a beautiful boardwalk and the beach so close by. The building itself is beautiful; it looks so modern but with its own unique personality. It is clean, peaceful, and welcoming inside.

Their team is awesome as well - Katherine, the leasing manager, is so accommodating and helpful. She gave a wonderful tour and took her time with so many questions I had. She was helpful every step of the application process through acceptance. She was also available last minute to help me measure the space for furniture planning which she totally did not need to do. She is also very responsive to my endless emails and calls as a first time renter and she is quite knowledgeable and comforting about concerns I had. She went out of her way to make it a great experience, so much that I did not tour any other apartments! I 1000% recommend Gibson Point and asking...

Since moving into Gibson Point a few weeks ago, we’ve been incredibly impressed with everything this community has to offer. From the moment we started the leasing process, the office team has been nothing but helpful, professional, and welcoming. They made our move-in experience seamless and have continued to be responsive to any questions we’ve had.

The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout—Adam and the rest of the crew are fantastic! Not only do they handle requests quickly and efficiently, but they also follow up to ensure everything is taken care of properly. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in how well the building is maintained.

Speaking of the building, Gibson Point is absolutely beautiful. The common areas are always spotless, and the attention to detail in the design and upkeep really makes this place feel like home. The amenities are a huge bonus, and we can’t wait for the pool to open in April!

Beyond the staff and the building itself, the community here is welcoming and friendly. We’re excited to continue meeting our neighbors and enjoying everything Gibson Point has to offer. It truly feels like we made the right choice...
