I learned the hard way!! It’s a bogus sight. They sent me an email confirmation that a label was made like two months ago. No response except the same thing over and over. The number is a fake. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering!! Such low life ppl that will take advantage of ppl trying to order things for their children! Never again!!!

Edit:::: after I posted this review, I actually surprisingly received my product. It was poorly packed and was a very poor quality product. Nothing like the original which was a bath time light up toy. My 1 yo used it twice and it’s already stopped working. So either way it was a waste of my time...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their return policy has more rules than the IRS. Product I purchased was very poorly packaged, just a flimsy plain cardboard box. No instructions for putting it together, extra car did not fit on the tracks—just not worth the money I paid. They made me send pictures to them and then emailed that I should “carefully” read their return policy. Which in “retail speak” means that they will not let me return it. So, I will contact my credit card company for help on this. Their products are shipped from China...took a long time and quality and packaging was extremely poor. I am very unhappy and encourage others not to...

I would give zeros stars if I could. Unlike others, I actually did receive my item about a month after ordering. That’s because they ship from CHINA even though it’s advertised as an American company. I could clearly see where they put a label shipping from NJ over the label that shows it came from China. The items arrived 2 weeks after I actually needed them, so I requested a refund via email. They have been giving me the run around, coming up with every excuse possible, to not refund my money.
