D's Jumpers — Local services in Rialto

Called them the day before I needed a jumper and they were amazing! Not only did they have one available but they accommodated to me as best they could at such short notice. They were early the next day to set up and after setting it up, they sprayed and wiped down the outside and inside! Amazing place and will definitely be renting from them again!

Second time using them was for my daughter’s 8th birthday party… when I called I asked for a Harry Potter jumper which they did not have but told me if I emailed them some pictures or ideas for what I had in mind they would make me something at no extra cost!!! And boy did they deliver!! Not only did they make a banner for my party but it was perfect! They also came right on time as promised, and after setting up, sprayed the inside and outside wiping it down/cleaning it. And then proceeded to vacuum the inside. It was gorgeous, clean and smelled great! What a great company! 10/10...

I usually rent from another company the last 3 times I have gotten a jumper. The other place will drop off the day before the event and pick up the day after the event. I’m not a fan of that because I become responsible for it, it’s an eye sore and I think it messes up the lawn. D’s drops the jumper off just over an hour before the time I set and will pick up a little over an hour. I prefer THIS! Prices are comparable with many other places I checked, even with a $25 delivery fee since I live a little further. The process was also A LOT easier too! Communication over text is awesome. Vicky was super responsive and quick to answer any question I had. Their willingness to adjust the time last minute for me went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely rent...

Wonderful experience with D’s Jumpers. I really admire how smooth the process was to book a water slide. Very personable staff. I worried that the weather would change our plans but I was assured that my deposit would be 100% refunded regardless of my decision to rent or not that day. I also received a call, the day of, explaining that a customer damaged the slide that I initially paid for but I was offered a larger slide for the same price due to inconvenience. Prices are reasonable and competitive!

The staff was prompt to set up the slide. They offered me a choice of pickup time instead of limiting me to a certain hour. Very polite set up crew.
