Allen's Furniture — Local services in Rich Creek

Very friendly but when we received our couch from them it wasn't the one we ordered. The one they sent was close to the one we bought was extremely hard. No one can sit on it much less lay on it. When we called them Allen sent his delivery guys to check it out and their comment was "oh we know this is the one you ordered because we took it directly off the floor, it's the exact same one you sat on that day" also after Allen telling us when we called that he had put a sold sign on it after we left that day after us telling him we were going to his other store to look at other ones cause we still wanted to look around so we hadn't committed to buying it. So one we didn't agree to take the floor model that we had NO idea who had sat on especially during COVID19. I also want to state when they delivered it and came to check it they did not wear masks and that was before the vaccine was release and mask mandate was lifted. That was their reasoning for not taking the couch back or letting us pick another one out, was because of covid rules...So word of advise, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE...

Don't buy furniture from them!!! We bought a recliner and couch. The recliner broke within two months. And the couch ripped. Buying the items was fine, their ability to honor warranties and there record keeping is terrible. 2 motors went bad and it took 4 phone calls and a in person visit and it is yet to be fixed. There are many variables that goes into this but in the end they put no effort into...
