These people delivered through FedEx who left my Apple iPad in the front hall. I came home to a box was totally torn open and the tablet was stolen. The thief left the box on the floor it very well could’ve been a FedEx driver !!! They BEST BUY promised to send another tablet out after I filed a police report and gave them all information. They said they would send a tablet out SO I waited all day and at the end of the day they sent a notice saying that they decided not to send it because they felt there was fraudulent activity. And I guess they were saying this about !!! Under no circumstance would that happen on my part so I drove up to the Best Buy store on Mayfield and that’s where I was told that it was processed as fraudulent activity I explained I had already filed a police report and already been promised a new iPad though they wouldn’t give me a tracking number upon my constant request of it. They said it would be updated in the system and sent to me through an email which they never did. They knew they weren’t gonna send it. They knew they were gonna have me take a loss of that 300+ dollars along with another person stealing the item of the original package. I showed them the box torn open, and I even told them that my manager of my building had pulled up a tape of a miscellaneous men ripping the box open while my son was at work and I was away from the building, so we’re out of $300 along with no item !!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEVER USE FEDEX THIER CHOICE OF DELIVERY THEY ARE BOTH ...

The gate guard was impatient and hostile toward me. She was disrespectful and condescending. On my way in, she interrupted me, spoke too quickly too understand, then cut me off when I asked questions and tried to confirm directions.
On my way out, I returned the same way as I entered. When I approached the guard shack to return my gate pass, I smiled, waved to acknowledge, and maintained a sense of professionalism. When that previous guard saw me from her window, she gestured with her hand and mouthed the words, "Stay back!" I complied.
Then I was surprised to see the guard and another truck driver exit the guard shack. The two of them seemed to know each other and chatted about family, friends, and work.
Her action and gesture was overly forceful and completely unwarranted.
When it was time for her to inspect my trailer so that I could go, she ignored me completely. Since the guard didn't speak to me, I had to ask if she looked inside the trailer, and what to do with the paperwork. She kept her back to me and never looked at me when she took my gate pass, so that she could ignore me and keep talking to her friend.
If the company reads this, I would like them to know of my extreme displeasure. I ask that the individual guard be fired, or at least retrained for such a lack of professionalism.

Read moreFirst time ever coming to a Best Buy Warehouse (honestly didn't know this was a thing) to pick up an item that was unable to be shipped to us, and the process was almost smooth.
When picking up you stop by the security booth, get checked in, provide your order number and pull of to one of the loading bays to pick up your item. That process was efficient and the security guard was pleasant.
The loading bay was a little annoying as the dimensions of the box did not seem to be 100% accurate online so we didn't have the necessary items on hand to properly secure the item we bought (definitely on us for being unprepared) but it was odd that the staff couldn't offer (or allow us to buy anything) that could secure the items safely. Luckily many hardware stores were around. Definitely come prepared if you find yourself...
