Well, its kind of a long story but here goes. My family and i were traveling downstate to look at another vehicle for purchase. Oddly enough the car we were in started acting funny. Dash lights dimming, oh man, now what right? Sure enough, that car was down side the road, on a sunday. I panicked, whats open? Who possibly could help? I found genes online and called him. 1st off, he actually answered! Then he proceeded to get me a wrecker. Jim was great as well. Gene diagnosed, fetched the part via delivery and this show was on the road. Gene and his whole family are some of the nicest people we have ever met and the service was amazing! The alternator was fairly priced as well. I.m extremely grateful for these people and it doesnt end here. The car i liked and purchased was delivered to genes and my wife and i thought we would just take two cars home, simple enough. Part way into our travel back up north, the wife became Very dizzy from a medical condition and could not go further. I called gene to possibly arrange the tow again to be safe. Instead gene and his wife drove out in the darkness and took our newly repaired vehicle back the shop and stored it for an extended period as we had no other choice. I honestly do not know how we would have made it that day into the night. I like to believe god had a hand in this as well as all other things good! I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how much I appreciate Gene! I had driven my 1994 Dodge Ram B250 conversion van 2200 miles from Arizona to Michigan. It broke down twice along the way, overheating and I received minimal help from other shops.

Only Gene really took the time to look at it and diagnose it and he took the time to explain to me how everything worked and asked permission to look deeper. He was super respectful and helpful and very personable! I highly recommend him and any other repairs that will be done at my van will be done by him. I was in need of brake service and I called Gene and he fit me in same day. Not to mention is a great help to the community, I will never take my car to another place besides Gene!! Hands down all around great guy and great mechanic!! Prices are great, but I would pay more knowing he was taking care of my cars!!...
