Hepler's Meat Processing — Local services in Richland Township

Ordered a 1/2 cow and told them it was my first time ordering one and that I wanted everything that comes with it. Organs, bones, fat for tallow, etc. I never got the organs, had to ask for the bones and fat. The cuts of meat are labeled as one meat and looks nothing like what it should be. I went to culinary school and cooked in restaurants for most of my adult life. I know my meats. The worst part about it is, I never got a brisket. And when I called the person who took my order and they said that they probably made it into ground beef. They also said that nobody ever wants them and if I wanted a brisket, they would sell me one from their store 10 miles down the road. Who doesn’t want the brisket and why do you sell them separately at the store 10 miles down the road If nobody likes them. I’ve never heard of that. The meat taste somewhat good but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place.
