My husband and I just got back from an amazing trip to Excellence Riviera Cancun! Tami did an excellent job of considering all of our needs, preferences, and even personalities to determine the best resort recommendations for us. Tami made every aspect of the trip EASY. It was so nice to have a luxury vehicle waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and one to pick us up in for the way home. Her itinerary was simple, easy to follow, and had every detail laid out—with the important aspects clearly highlighted! Thank you for booking us such a fantastic trip!!

Being a part of the Excellence Club had countless perks. One of our favorites things about the Excellence Club was the private beach area! I’ve been to many resorts and typically getting a good spot on the beach is nearly impossible (unless you snag a spot at 5am!). With the Excellence Club, there was always a spot available—no matter the time of day! There was always cabana style beach beds available as well… it was so awesome! Being able to sit in a shaded hut on the beach made me enjoy our trip that much more. There’s something healing about the ocean and it was so nice to take full advantage of it due to the exclusive area.

Another perk about the Excellence Club was the location of our room! We were so close to everything!!! The resort itself is not huge, which we loved. Again, being to lots of resorts in my lifetime… I thoroughly enjoyed not having to “walk all over God’s green creation” just to grab a bite to eat. Most of the time my hubby and I would just go back to our room to use the bathroom when we were out for the day because that’s how close we were!

Another huge plus with the Excellence Club is the Excellence Lounge. You get your own private check-in and check-out (huge advantage considering the main lobby area was always busy with a line). This lounge was right by our room as well and anytime my hubby and I had a question we could get it answered by going there. There was always fresh juice, snacks, coffee, and top shelf liquor available to enjoy as well, no matter the time of day. Being a part of the Excellence Club, we were waited on hand and foot. There were always staff grabbing us towels (and anything else we needed) and would set up our spots on the beach or near the pool for us. It was awesome!

The food was EXCELLENT! And that’s coming from two foodies. The resort is also stocked with top-shelf liquor. I sadly didn’t take any food pictures, but it was all phenomenal.

My hubby and I were seriously impressed with the nighttime entertainment! Incredible musicians and talent of different genres. There was always something going on. Even during the day! Horses and a band even came one afternoon… pretty cool!

I highly recommend this resort (+ being a part of the Excellence Club) and working with Tami to any couple that is looking to get away and relax...

I found Tami's Paradise Getaways travel agency on the web as I was searching destination weddings. She had good reviews so I called her and we talked. She offered me a package to help us choose a destination wedding location and handle the travel details for our wedding and guests. This was the best decision I made! We gave her a list of what we wanted (golf for my hubby, beautiful beach for me and somewhere in the Caribbean). She delivered! She presented many resort choices with comparison prices and helped us choose our ultimate wedding venue, Paradisus Palma Real. She set up a link our guests could go to for information on travel and pricing and booked their rooms, airfare and trip insurance if they wanted it. She helped me communicate with the resort wedding team and even scored us an upgrade on our room! We had one minor glitch with one of the guests transportation to and from the resort but we were extremely satisfied with her services and responsiveness. When my brother was unable to attend a month before the wedding (after already booking everything), Tami was able to refund him his money and book my niece in his place to accompany my mom to the wedding. One of our guests also lost his passport in his travels and Tami was there to provide moral support and help. I didn't have to worry about any of our guests when I was busy thinking about the most important day of my life....

Tami and Paradise Getaways are the BEST! My family recently took a vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic to celebrate a big birthday. It was a larger group traveling together this time, so we needed all the help we could get! As you may have figured out, everything looks great online so it's difficult to make a confident decision. I wanted everything to be perfect and, because I value my time AND my money, Tami stepped in to save the day. I'm SOOOO glad I worked with Paradise Getaways. They truly know the resorts and can help anyone find the absolute best fit for what you're looking to experience. We stayed at Margaritaville in Punta Cana. The food was amazing and the resort offered everything we were looking for: beach, pools, activities, close to the airport, attentive staff, entertainment, and, of course, food, food, and more food! This is the 5th or 6th vacation Tami has planned for us and she always knocks it out...
