We had stopped going to Richland Lanes due to terrible customer service last year. We decided to give them another try and I’m so glad we did! We learned they are under new ownership! Anytime a business is family owned, I will always give them my support! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! The family is so friendly and super attentive.
