Richland Lanes — Local services in Richland Township

We had stopped going to Richland Lanes due to terrible customer service last year. We decided to give them another try and I’m so glad we did! We learned they are under new ownership! Anytime a business is family owned, I will always give them my support! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! The family is so friendly and super attentive. They were super quick to be helpful and fix a problem, and made sure we felt comfortable and had fun! We will definitely be back, we have made that our bowling place! Prices are very reasonable for food as well as the shoe rental, and lane purchasing. The food was delicious! Try the pizza!! 10/10...

While it was downpouring a monsoon outside, me and the fam found much needed shelter in here and had a blast! None of us had been bowling in years and Richland Lanes offered us good old-fashioned family fun! They had 12 lanes for us to choose from and they even had my size in shoes, men's 15! The restaurant Striker's Grille is located inside, and you can either order from the restaurant part and play some pool, or order from the window and continue bowling. Locals rave about their pizza so we gave it a shot and loved it! Richland Lanes may not offer lazer tag, rock climbing, or mini golf, but you will no doubt still have tons...

The man behind the desk was very rude and just right down mean, making our first time visit very unpleasant. Which lead to that being our last time as well. When he approached us asking what size shoes we needed, he seemed to be in a bad mood and wanting to take it out on his paying customers. He got mad at the kids for not knowing their shoe size and when we had to exchange the shoes for a different size, he got very angry.
