Town & Country Supermarket — Local services in Richland

A nice friendly place to shop for the most part .I've only come across one cashier in all the time I've been shopping thier for myself and the elderly around town .Rich is a very nice management ,also if I asked about something that this store didn't carry ,and had more than two other people asking for it .Rich .did all he could to get it ordered ,as he did .I was able four week time frame to keep my elderly friends shopping thier .But I did lose a lot of the seniors,when the dropped out of senior day ,also doing away with the money saving cards .This we don't blame Roch for .For that was a corporate dission.thus doing so ,out of 48,shopping days in a month for 12 our more .most my friends go to dollar Genera lSave a lot & Walmart ..I'm sorry to say that sense I have seen the prices going up ,and the benefits with senior day ,also all the benefits with the t&c. Card not being done as promised ,I shop therefrom time to time when sick or hurt .other than that ,I have gone to other stores with vip.discount cards also a senior discount available ..As I have a red stated I know prices have and are still going up ..But with Richland not have an monopoly .so many of your prices are just outrageous,then you were to find the same product at another one of your locations that's cheaper,that's just so wrong......I do enjoy all the employees ,but one that seems tike see just doesn't want to be there.I feel for her and pray for her ,because I've seen it happen to quit a few people .an I don't know her personally but I also know we don't deserve being yelled at ,or our heads being bit off . Well I've learned to put a smile on say goodnight r morning ,I feel so sorry for her .she seems so angry inside all the time ,safe.But the Management that I know are great overall staff is nice .I really do miss the stoutland and Richland young kids working there as soon as they could and your grosery s were taken to ur car no questions asked .Then we're a delightful Buchanan of kids to be around ,nice ,polite ,respectable .They put a lot of smiles on a lot of peoples faces .expecially the elderly and...

Honestly this place is disgusting. The back by the chips smells like someone smokes in the back of the store. The fruits and veggies are always mushy, old, and molding. I’ve walked through and they had a little box of avocados just sitting there and rotting with the green inside the avocado everywhere. The ice cream looks like it’s been unfrozen and then froze again. You have to check the dates because a large amount of things are expired. The drink coolers smell like mold and mildew to the point it’s nauseating. There’s been blood on the floor in an isle by the meat section for weeks. It’s honestly disgusting. One of the cashiers looks and smells like he hasn’t showered in weeks and usually yells across the store when checking you out. He’s completely unprofessional and constantly talks about how he “doesn’t like being told what to do” and how any tasks are just the managers being “controlling.” The oranges in the photo are mushy and have been sitting on the shelf for weeks. The watermelon next to the cantaloupe was even mushy. This place either needs a deep clean and new employees...

Good selection of products for a small town supermarket with a friendly and professional staff. I'm impressed that they do such a good job of maintaining the variety of items they do.

They have a deli counter that always has some nicely prepared items available. Their fried chicken is particularly good. If you're driving through Richland, I recommend stopping to pick up some to take along.
