New Peoples Bank — Local services in Richlands

I have always cashed my husbands check there but this Friday ingot a lady that was so unprofessional and rude I will never ever go to her again! Refused to cash the check I’ve been up there and cashed it multiple times without my husband.. I always give my drivers license to them . But today I had the worst experience ever with that bank. She pretty much called me a liar.. Wouldn’t even call the owner of the company to atleast try and help. But I kinda knew what was going to go down when I pulled up and seen her, no smile no hello no nothing.. This bank needs to let her go if she is going to treat people this way .. now my family has no money this weekend just because she wanted to be a mean disrespectful person. Banks shouldn’t have these kind of people working with the public. I will contact the branch manager for sure .. and I’m sure the owner of my husbands workplace will be doing the same. Worse bank in South West Virginia.! Bank manager (Brittany) is one of the rudest, disrespectful person that I have ever delt with.! How she still has a job there is beyond me... While talking to her on the phone to address an issue she was yawning on the other end and then practically called me a lier and then when I got upset about her rude attitude she hung up on me... I mean if you can't be a professional with your job position then you don't need that job period.! Now, that's one thing, the next thing with this bank is I'm constantly having to call to reset my password.! You go to login and your password no longer works...! This happens to often and you can't reset it on the website but you must call them instead... What an inconvenience... This bank get 1...

Horrible Horrible people so rude and think they are so much better than you and I lost my card at there atm and a few days later they called and said they had it and when I went to pick it up they had thrown my card in the trash they told me that they weren’t the lost and found and they wouldn’t hold it for me. Such rude rude people I will never bank...
