I have had many contractors over the years, nobody compares to Joel from his business at Richmond Hill Handyman! He kept constant communication of when he would arrive, asked if he should take his shoes off, very considerate, professional, personable, and a wizard at everything he repaired!

Joel is efficient, skilled, makes his repairs look easy, methodical, and is respectful of your home.

A particular difficult repair was the dishwasher. It was not secured to the granite counter top. He found a solution that did not require drilling into the granite counter top to secure it in place. I never knew his solution was an option. Other's may have ruined the counter top if they tried to secure it like a regular wooden based top.

I want to thank Joel for being so kind. He even repaired a small linoleum tear i had forgotten about. It wasn't even part of the items to replace and fix.

There is nobody else I will consider, if it's in his wheelhouse, he's the one I will call.

Wow! Joel and his team were amazing. Quote visit within 24 hours. Scheduling and confirmations with a live receptionist (thank you, Iris), followed by confirmations via website, email, and text! Booked appointment within 1 week. Everything on the list done in a day. And we didn’t have all the parts needed, so he went to get them at cost.
