I cannot recommend A.B. Electrical Services highly enough. The entire process from initial contact to final project was wonderful, with exceptional communication throughout.

I hired this company to rewire the second and third floors of my 1920 house, which still had a lot of the original wiring. I heard back from the office within two days of me sending an inquiry. Nolan came for a site visit within a week of that, and I had the estimate for the project just a few days later. Scheduling was about 6 weeks out, which is extremely reasonable these days, especially for a big project. Also, the process of scheduling was much more solid than I have experienced with other contractors, who are often vague about when they will come and then expect the homeowner to be ready at a moment's notice.

Ryan, the lead electrician, showed up on the day the project was scheduled, right on time. He was professional, friendly, and funny and made the whole process very fun! He was very clever in finding ways to access tricky spots while minimizing holes in the wall as much as possible. One of my circuits was a particular nightmare, but he figured out great solutions for it! Ryan kindly and graciously humored my interest and curiosity in the whole process, which I greatly appreciated. He communicated very well through the whole process and checked with me about things like changing a light from a wall sconce to an overhead and changing the location of a switch (both better locations for these devices and easier to wire, so win-win!).

Had another wonderful experience. Nolan came out to spec out the job, got us a rapid quote, ordered the parts and about two weeks later Ryan came by to install parts and upgrade some other needed wiring. Ryan has been to our home three times now for different projects. He’s friendly, humorous and maybe most importantly very competent in his trade. Added bonus, he even sings, while working… actually pretty darn well. Kidding aside worked with Ryan on a few previous jobs- was fantastic. We are very happy to recommend this company. This was our first experience with A.B. Electrical Services. We appreciated that they first sent someone out to detail the scope of work and provide an estimate before scheduling. Then, we were really happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the electrician who came last week to complete the jobs: adding a 20amp circuit, relocating an appliance outlet, and fixing a non-working light.
