My boyfriend and I went to the Auburn location earlier this week, it was excellent. We loved it so much. The woman who helped us was so kind, she answered all questions with patience and made us feel welcome. Great deals like $10 badder and huge variety of options. Free preroll for new customers, which I feel is pretty standard for every dispensary at this point. We enjoyed it so much we decided to check out the Richmond location as Auburn is closed on Sunday. It was AWFUL. The man helping us was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. No free joint for first time (my boyfriend purchased at other location so I was truly a new customer). No deals on badder. $27 for badder is crazy, especially when your other location is selling it for $10. I asked about these deals and the man said he had no idea what I was talking about. I asked about free preroll and he said we don’t do that here. I asked why this location is so much different, all he could say was different managers. It seems like a huge disconnect between managers. I’ve been to many dispensaries with multiple locations and they all have the same deals across the board. I have been evaluating stores from Arizona to Maine for the past three years, Jen's Friends rates at the top for quality products, consistency of products, reasonable prices and a decent rewards program. The store has excellent presentation, good lighting, products easy to see and you are given the opportunity to enjoy the aroma of strains you are considering. The staff is all very friendly and a special shout out to Riley, a very outgoing young lady who seems to always have a smile and a kind word. Dog friendly is an important issue for me and Steve Poodle enjoys laying on the beautiful cool marble floor while I make my selections. I just went in there today for a pick-up! I have a really bad panic disorder so I usually try to order online and pick-up so it is fast and very convenient. This was my 1st time going in and doing any orders amd the place was immaculately clean and beautiful to walk into! When I went to pickup my order the total was off so the staff helped to fix the order so it matched my total, it was definitely a pain in the butt for them, but they were amazing about it and really nice while I was panicked on the inside. 😂 They figured it all out fast, never once tried to say it was my fault and was very reassuring!
