Came in for a pedicure and when sat down they didn’t give me an estimated time and they had me sit for over 20 minutes and when they finally turned the water on to soak feet I had to ask that it not be ice cold, went back and forth about it but they finally tuned it to warm/hot. Them 20 minutes later when handed a pedicure menu I asked for and pointed to one and the technician pointed to another and said yes. We went back and forth probably 6 times before she accepted my answer wasn’t changing and I wasn’t going to be bullied into the one she wanted. This was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever received. And when I pointed out she missed calluses on both feet she waved me off and said yes yes, like she was going to do that all along. She got out the dremel for nails and buzzed over it really fast and only did one out of the four spots I pointed out. Pointed them out again and she waved me off but did do one more spot. Then she rushed off and never came back. My daughter did get a kids mani/pedi with designs and the man was very nice and did a good job. My friend received a pedicure of a same level as mine and her new nail set was also rushed and came out chunky. She’ll be going to get it redone at another salon. 0/5 stars,...

I’ve been here once before this and had a good experience, but this time when I came the gentlemen that began working on my pedicure started scrubbing very hard with a callus remover. I said ow multiple times and moved my foot, and of course he ended up scraping my foot so hard that the actual scrubber cut me and it felt like sandpaper against my toe. He after that apologized but then kept touching it over and over. Thankfully put alcohol on it so it hopefully won’t get infected but once he was done I asked if I could have a little bandaid just so I could cover the cut and not have anything get in it or it have a bigger chance of getting infected and he laughed at me and brought the bandaid back. Also to add, I came with my mom and he finished mine WAY before my mom was even close to getting done with hers. It felt so rushed and now I have a big cut on my big toe :( I guess some trips to the nail salon are great and others are just...

I don’t typically like to get my nails done because I’ve had several negative experiences at nail salons. But my birthday is this weekend so my husband suggested I treat myself and try-out this nail salon…and I’m so glad that I did!

Minh did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. He was meticulous and careful as he did them, and even paused to ask if I needed anything changed before he did the finishing touches. He was very personable and his customer service was probably the best I’ve experienced in a nail salon. Plus my nails look great! I will definitely be going back soon. And you should too!
