*Update, that was not the owner. The Jamaica woman is simply the greeter and works there. The women who were actually rude to me were the owners. Since, Iāve chosen to frequent CCs Beauty, next to Kroger. They are AWESOME. They donāt follow you around the store. They are kind and helpful. Amazing,.
Products: Great products and just the right amount of products needed to get the job done. As well as quality products with an array of brands.
Experience: I was warmly welcomed by the owner. However, shortly after attempting to find a contact number for the woman who sent me there, my son felt uncomfortable there. I wonāt lie, I did as well. Not coming from the owner but however from the woman behind the counter. I saw how she moved behind a space in the area of rows we were in. Nonetheless, in an effort to reassure her if she assumed we were going to steal, we went to the front of the store.
As my son awaited me getting in contact with the woman, he asked if we could leave I stayed. He did what a normal middle schooler would do or anyone for the matter, touched things. Not out of place or disruptive. But instead of addressing me, the woman addressed my son. As if she watched him so attentively that she was annoyed.
I donāt even feel comfortable going back to be honest , and now reading these reviews, something should definitely change. Having family run beauty supply chains I reassured her my son has even worked the registers. Adjust the customer service. It being black owned it shouldāve felt less stressful, but I felt I had to prove I was a...

Upon entering the store, I immediately felt unwelcome. The owner, without any cause, began to follow me closely around the store, casting unwarranted suspicion upon my every move. Not once did they offer assistance or inquire if I needed help finding anything. Instead, their demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, marked by unfriendly facial expressions that made me feel uncomfortable and scrutinized.
As I continued my visit, it became apparent that this behavior wasnāt reserved solely for me. I observed the owner interacting with other customers in a similarly rude manner, especially concerning payments, where their tone became even more abrasive and unfriendly. It was disheartening to see such a lack of hospitality and warmth in a retail environment, where one expects to find assistance and understanding.
This experience has deeply affected my perception of this establishment. A store should be a place where customers feel valued and respected, not a place where they are met with suspicion and rudeness. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, emphasizing the importance of a welcoming atmosphere and positive customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI typically buy all of my hair care products from this store but today will be my last day. I purchased a half wig to test out this hairstyle on Saturday evening (I don't wear wigs and normally wear my natural hair). In the store the color appeared to match my hair per the lady that helped me. Today I plan to do my hair and notice that it's one shade lighter. The receipt says NO RETURNS on wigs at the bottom, but I went in with an UNOPENED wig and just asked to switch it out for one shade lighter. I was told No and it's not the cost because it wasn't expensive but it's the principle. As a business owner myself, I wouldn't lose a tenured customer over $22. I was about to exchange that and also buy another $100 worth of products. I ended up going to another location. I've been coming to this location since they opened but never again. Where it say's no exchange that is under the portion on the receipt directly next to the braiding...
