The whole site is fantastic. Ricardo and his brotherJamie welcomed me at the entrance helped me set up for the night. As an added plus they walked me through the extraordinary collection vintage cars and memorabilia collected at the museum. I can't say enough about their herculean efforts to restore one of America's historic small mining towns. Also, the site where the movie "CLAW" was filmed. Excellent place to stay going to or returning from Death Valley.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this little ghost town! The owner is so kind and spends time talking to you about all the elements of the property. This is an awesome little gem that should not be skipped. It’s definitely built out of love and I can appreciate all the effort made to make this little ghost town a magical place. I love the gift shop, it has a personal touch that you don’t get from corporate pit stops. Keep the dream alive and come visit this place. The ticket prices are modest and well deserved. This is definitely a passion project and if you can appreciate the hard work that has been put into this place it will put a smile...

"Ricardo" suddenly appeared in a pressed black suit, and welcomed us into his hand-built museum filled with creepy buildings and rusted oddities. For only $4, he a guided tour of it's contents, which he explained as an ongoing project of passion for the past 7 years.
