We went to Ayers looking for some less expensive furniture. We worked with Amy who was amazing. She perfectly balanced listening to our wants and needs and showing us those options. She did not push us or “sell” us anything. She helped us find the best couch and love seat for our family. We ended up spending more than we first thought but the positives of upgrading to better constructed furniture far outweighed the increased costs. We were able to get the best color to match our decor because she let us take home many color swatches. It can be overwhelming but she was very patient and encouraged us to make sure it was right before deciding. In addition, our furniture came in 3 weeks before they said it would and the delivery team moved 2 of our old pieces downstairs and hauled away another one free of charge. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! We went to Ayers Furniture in November of 2017. Our salesperson, Amy, was a delight. We spent close to $6,000 on a couch, love seat and a chair. We had quality issues and worked with Tony Ayers. He would not resolve the problems by replacing the defective furniture. THEIR POLICY IS TO REPAIR, NOT REPLACE. SEND THE FURNITURE BACK AND WAIT 4-6 WEEKS. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 6 MONTHS. Spoke with Jerry Ayers 2 weeks ago. He stated he would resolve our issues, customer always came first and most important. FINAL STRAW TODAY. JERRY AYERS WAS RUDE, ABRUPT AND SELF RIGHTEOUS. UNWILLING TO STAND BEHIND HIS STATEMENTS OR HIS PRODUCT.

My husband and I recently purchased a Lazyboy recliner/glider for our baby’s nursery and furniture for our master bedroom. We were amazed by the customer service we received while working with Adam. The delivery was excellent and they kept me aware of when they would be arriving so I didn’t have to wait at home all day. The delivery workers made sure to take extra care to not bump walls and to place the furniture right where I asked.
