Ward's Farm Pumpkin Patch — Local services in Ridgewood

I had an amazing experience with my family at Ward's Farm. After a long week of school and work, this breathe of nature is just what we needed. The views are just breathtaking! There are many lines of pumpkins 🎃 all different sizes, and different colors as well. What is great about this space is that they have so many photo stations set up that every family can really take their time taking their family/individual photos. The staff is very kind and friendly. And the environment of this farm overall is just really friendly, warm and inviting. I am glad I chose the Ward Farm because it provides an intimate setting in the middle of nature. Its intimate but yet the perfect size. Great if you want to bring children along with you. It was the perfect place for me to keep an eye on my two little girls and my siblings. The Staff at Wards Farm, the setting, and environment is just a complete breathe of fresh air. The kid's enjoyed the animals, pumpkin picking, photos, and exploring the entire farm. Also, before I go. I just want to mention that parking is conveniently located right before the pumpkin patch, so you and your family can easily walk into the farm, and you can easily as well load your pumpkins to go back home. What a beautiful place. My family and I are truly blessed to have had this great experience. You will definitely enjoy your stay! :)...

Very easy to get to , directly off route 17 north, there was plenty of parking. No reservations were required. They had a variety of pumpkins to choose from not just the regular orange ones in assorted sizes but funky shape ones tinted in multiple colors. They also had small pumpkins that were already painted for people who don't want to go home and paint their own pumpkin which is half the fun Hello! Oh yeah there was plenty of halloween decor with face cut outs so you can stick your face in for a photo op. They had two small goats,one was white and shy. The other was tan and stood on it's little legs against the fence with part of his face between the fence bars waiting to be fed pellets from the quarter machine just two feet away by generous visitors. Bring quarters if you want to feed them. Overall, pumpkins were fairly priced and my niece had a great time spending time with her fam and picking her own...

Girls at hand paint are poor example of how customer service should behave. Just nasty.

Owners kids still need to be told truth about there customer review.

Family’s come there at 10am as open advertisements for hand paints.

Girls would not tell us how long they would be to paint hands.

They stood there doing nothing for 15 minutes

I asked what was the hold up at 10:15

With a cold look she said “it’s not 10:30”

We waited 30 and an additional 5 minutes for them to set up to get paint wile the staff stared into space

Like I said. Poor customer service.

The owner instead of addressing the issue asked we don’t tell the truth because it’s the daughter.

So I’m moving my star from 2 stars to 1.

Sorry but I don’t recommend the service to any one.
