Otherwise I would make arrangements and my kids wouldn't be dealing with this situation. They would often start calling 10 days prior to due date. It also appears that I have been charged 2 late fees every month since beginning of contract and that my membership was a boogus. When you need that month grace they will use that against you! She is the best because She doesn't call people from her cell phone off company time to talk about a bill like her recent employees. She doesn't do that because it is an invasion of my privacy for you to use my cell number in your personal phone to talk about a bill after you are closed, and extreamly inappropriate. That is why there is a company phone. And if you dont want me to screen your calls, stop doing it to me. I don't care what my status is, my phone number is not for you to use out of that store.
