If I could give a zero stars I would. The first to show up, we order a pizza and play a couple games. Others show up throughout the time, everyone receives their food, so we mention it. We never get our pizza, although we had mentioned it. Our games came to an end we went to turn in the shoes to our pizza STILL not done. Ask for a refund, nothing they can do... but of course they tell us we can wait until they make the pizza and they can pack it to go. (What a joke of a “business”)(hope you enjoy the free money we wasted considering we didn’t have time to wait another 20 minutes after being there for well over an hour bowling) Not to mention socializing with the other customers and seems to be an ongoing issue. Local to the area for a decade. My wife and I came in for a quick game. After buying one game, staff told us company policy was “a man must bowl a 12lb bowling ball or higher.” I told them I had a hurt shoulder and could bowl with a 10lb ball. After they allowed me to bowl with a 10lb ball for only 3 frames, the acting manager came over and took the ball away and left me a 12lb ball saying it was the rules and she could lose her job if she didn’t enforce it... we asked the staff what their policy was if someone, “a man,” cannot physically bowl with a 12lb ball due to a physical limitation a.k.a. a disability. Tammy, Thank you for making our kids uncomfortable 10/07/2023 when they went to celebrate their friends birthday. I guess you were to worried that that carpet had just been washed and didn't want nothing to get dirty? How awful that you had suggested others to play a game of pool with them and bet if they lost they would have to leave the bowling alley and end the celebration. We have several witnesses, can't believe that kids can't even have a good time anymore. When we apply for a job we get paid for cleaning your area in all your shift.
