We were going through a nightmare cross-country move and none of our household items were delivered. We went to several other furniture stores in the Rincon area and the sales people were not friendly and thought we were weird for wanting furniture to take off the floor or be delivered in a few days. We walked into Wiley's and the sales person was friendly and helpful without being pushy. We explained we needed basics because our things were still on the other side of the country. She told us they absolutely sold off the floor AND had items in a warehouse. But I almost kissed her when she told us she would able to get our items on the delivery truck...THAT DAY!!! We bought a bedroom set, mattress set, a sofa, coffee table and a desk. Sure enough, the guys came that afternoon with our things and set them up. It took them less than an hour. We will not buy furniture from anywhere else for as long as we live in...

Recently had flooring installed by Wiley's. I was replacing carpet in three bedrooms with vinyl plank flooring. Detra was there throughout the process to ensure all of my questions/concerns were answered. Doug and Charlie, the installers, made the process of installation painless. The job of removing carpeting, padding and nail strips was done very quickly, and most of the new flooring was installed in two days. There was a hitch with one box being too dark. Detra took care of ordering another box, and the guys promptly came out to finish the job within days. I'm very pleased. From the removal and disposal of the carpeting, etc. to the installation of both the vinyl flooring and finishing trim, Wiley's took care of it all. No worries. Thank you...

Cheap products at very high prices. Paid over $2000 for a bedroom set of laminated MDF that I later found out totaled up to about $800 on Amazon. Installers cut bolts on the back of the headboard and shoved them into a newly stipple painted accent wall, chipped the dresser and one bed table. After (first time) buyers remorse we inquired about returning it all. We were told we could not have our money back, that we had to exchange it for more over-priced garbage. Six months later the mattress is sagging to the point of causing severe back pain. Will never shop there again nor recommend it to anyone. They saw us coming and...
