After three years in our current home, we decided to undertake a complete kitchen renovation. Our home was built in 1976, and the kitchen was long overdue for a makeover. After connecting with three separate kitchen designers, we chose Triumph Interiors, and we’re so grateful we did.

We set up an appointment with Lead Designer Lloyd Seppala, who helped navigate us through the planning process. This is our 3rd kitchen renovation in 12 years (three separate homes), so we pretty much knew what to expect from the process. After understanding our needs and what we were looking for in our new kitchen, Lloyd was extremely helpful in assisting us with the appropriate cabinetry, counter-top and floor tile. We also requested some custom work, such as a wet bar with wine rack, an arched opening between the kitchen and dining room. a “drop-zone” space with cabinets and counter space, a recessed space to accommodate a compost bin on the countertop, and a custom valance with corbels that would fit over the new bay window.

Lloyd wanted to be sure that the counter-top we selected met our expectations, so suggested we make an on-site visit to their distributor to review before committing to it. We’re only so glad we did, as we decided on a separate granite style that was more suited to our tastes.

Lloyd committed to a 4-week timeframe for the kitchen renovation and for work to begin about 5-6 weeks from signing the contract. Both promises were kept, and we can’t say enough about the attention to detail that was provided us by Marlon Stenersen, the Lead Installer on-site, and Jairus Seppala, who performed yeoman’s work on the demolition and install from start to finish. We were especially appreciative that Marlon offered his assistance in framing the opening for the new bay window, which we contracted with separately. His hard work in that effort helped ensure a successful window install. Marlon also worked with arranging for the plumber and electrician to be on-site when it was time for their work to be done, and we were very impressed with both their expertise and professionalism in getting the job completed.

The work supported by Eric Hakala with installing both the porcelain floor tile and mosaic backsplash tile was exemplary. After losing their lead painter to an illness, we worked with Marlon to take on a painter whose work was recommended to us, and they made arrangements to take on her services. We’re only so glad they did, as we are extremely pleased with the work she performed.

In summary, we are absolutely THRILLED with our new kitchen, which Triumph Interiors transformed from a dark, dated space that was not especially functional to a bright, cheery, and very practical space that adds so much value to our home. And all completed in just 4 weeks’ time!

We enthusiastically recommend Triumph Interiors to anyone looking to undergo a kitchen renovation, with additional value taking on the services of a general contractor. We thank the entire team at Triumph for their exemplary professionalism and determined focus on ensuring that our needs were satisfied every step of the way. Triumph truly made it feel like a partnership, and we’re extremely grateful for a superb job completed on-time and exceeding our expectations by a team of valued professionals.

My husband Jared and I worked with Klayton and Jody at Triumph for twelve months on our new home. Yes, you read that right: 12 MONTHS! Jared and I connected with Klayton when we started the general contracting on our build. Since I’m in education and Jared is a supervisor for an electrical utility, there was a lot we didn’t know. Basically, unlike most of Triumph’s customers, we were uninformed and out of our league!

Because we were new to home building (and because I’m so indecisive), Klayton and Jody spent countless hours with the two of us as they helped us design our kitchen and select finishes for our flooring, mill work, tile, and many other finishes. Because of Klayton’s construction background, he was able to give us advice on the design and function of our spaces and finishes that we never would have thought of on our own, and that greatly improved the function and style of our home.

At first, I was nervous to check out Triumph because it seemed so high end (and we were working on a strict budget) but Klayton was able to show us detailed cost comparisons to other building material suppliers and was so knowledgeable about the makeup and features of every single option. In the end, he was able to work within our budget to get us products that we LOVE that were often the same price or cheaper than our other quotes (NONE of which included the personal service, on site visits, careful delivery, and knowledgeable advice that we got from Klayton!).

Jody met with me many times in the showroom, showing me different options and sharing her personal experience with the products. She communicated with me regularly along the way so that I always knew what was coming up for invoices, deliveries, and helped me plan so that there wasn’t wait time between orders and installs.

To say that Klayton and Jody went above and beyond on our project would be a HUGE understatement. They answered countless phone calls and texts from us, stayed late, came in early, gave advice, and offered support in ways I never expected. THANK YOU, Triumph, and especially Klayton & Jody for making this possible for us!

Outstanding Kitchen Renovation Experience! We recently had a kitchen renovation completed by Triumph Interiors, and we are beyond thrilled with the results, thanks to the amazing team who worked on it. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and the final product exceeded all expectations! Design and Sales: Lloyd, Lila, and Katy were an absolute pleasure to work with. Lloyd’s design vision transformed our kitchen into a modern, functional space that feels warm and welcoming. Lila was incredibly helpful in navigating the options and finding exactly what we needed, and Katy kept everything organized and on track. Their knowledge and customer care made the entire process feel seamless. Cabinet Install : Marlon, Jairus, and Trent were fantastic! They handled the delivery of all our kitchen materials with care and precision. Everything arrived on time, and they ensured that nothing was damaged during the process. Their efficiency and professionalism set the tone for the entire project. Flooring Install: Eric did a phenomenal job installing our new kitchen floors. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really shines through in the finished product. The floors look gorgeous and are the perfect complement to the rest of the kitchen! Windows: Jeff’s expertise in installing new windows made a huge difference in both the look and flow of our kitchen. He worked quickly, ensuring everything was perfectly sealed, and the end result is a brighter, more comfortable space. Countertop Install: Milo and Calen were amazing. They were punctual, communicative, and extremely careful with handling and installing the quartz countertops. Their precision and skill were evident in the flawless installation, and the finished result has completely elevated the look of our kitchen. In short, this team made my kitchen renovation a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out, and I highly recommend them for any kitchen renovation needs. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and dedication—you’ve truly...

Michelle and I had a great experience using Triumph Interiors for our kitchen, bathroom and stair renovations. We started with a meeting with Lloyd in our home and we quickly connected on the scope and also the style goals that we had. We then met in the showroom with Lloyd and he shared his design and helped us to pick the colors and final picks. We were able to meet the rest of the team and had a great feeling from the start. Once the job was priced and we sent our deposit, the project was scheduled and started on time. The communication at the start from Lloyd and then also with Marlon was excellent. We knew the schedule of activities and were able to plan around the renovation while staying in our home. Marlon and his team were professional and always cleaned up in the work area at the end of the day. As some external subs were also used for portions of the job, these were coordinated and Marlon checked in on their work. I think the most important take-away for us is that Triumph stands behind their work and they have a strong attention to detail. One of the cabinet doors was out of square and they took the initiative to replace it before we even noticed it wasn't right. We also had a shower install and there was an issue with the wall framing that caused the tile to not lay flat against the wall. After a quick review, they decided to completely remove the tiles, fix the wall issues and retile the complete shower. Michelle and I were very happy with the approach they took to fix this issue. It is obvious that Triumph and their people take pride in the work they do and they strive for high quality in their work. The last part of our project was the stairway at the entry of our home going to the second floor. Lloyd showed us how this would look from similar projects and the outcome was outstanding. After our experience we recommended Triumph to our neighbors and they recently started a project after seeing the work completed at our home. Thanks to the entire Triumph team! It was a pleasure working with you. We had a great experience!
