Asked for a particular color and cut. Ended up with neither. My hair prior to cut was super long. Past the middle of my back. When explaining what I would like and length at no time was I told she wasn't capable of doing it. I cried. My hair was shorter than I've ever had it. I do not like short hair. She dry cut it but still cut it that short I don't understand. I struggled with telling her for 3 days. Finally, I texted her letting her know it's not what I asked for and ot what we discussed. I've had blond coloring lighter than this. At a cost of $112.00 the most I've ever paid by the way. My hair now stays in a clip or under a hat. The response I got when I texted her was if I wanted to come back she would color it again no charge as well as to buy purple shampoo to bring the color out. Didn't work. So depressed. I do not recommend. I called before I went and they said they accepted walk-ins. The sign out front states that as well. When I got there there was just one other person getting a cut. The stylist had me wait 10-15 mins, then told me they would not be able to cut today, as they were completely booked. She then ask someone else working if they had time to cut it, they said no, I walked out without a haircut....
