I'd been having trouble with my phone (Samsung S22) battery draining rapidly for the past few days, and looked for fixes online to no help. When I eventually brought it in, they quickly helped me figure out it was moisture damage, using the wrong charger, and overcharging. Carmen worked at the front and was very patient with my questions.

Generous prices, 10% discount for new customers, which beyond the repair costs also applied for my new charging port and cable also.
