Rising Star Pipe and Panels — Local services in Rising Star

I purchased over $10,000.00 of product from this company on 05/21/2021 I was out of town so my wife took delivery. We bought a 50 head working system as well as a 100’x200’ arena, one panel of the 50 head system had a leg completely broke off when they unloaded it and they shorted us 4 of the 10’ panels that go to the arena as well as 8 pins. I’ve called, text and left countless voicemails for David as well as a lacy. I’ve also tried to contact them on Facebook to have my comments taken down with the promise to have the broken piece replaced and get us the pieces we paid for but haven’t received. I was told that they would get back with me to see when They would be in the area to schedule a delivery (that was July 13th). I was even interested in buying more product from rising star pipe & panel up to another $10,000.00 for another 50 head system as well as another 100’x200’ arena but CLEARLY not now. I can’t recommend enough how far you should stay away from...

We ordered a 50' corral (15 panels and a gate). We drove out to the site to pick them up. They loaded everything on our trailer. When we got back to the house (2 hours away) we noticed that one of the panels was missing the connection points on one end. We called the owner who said he would have a truck out here in the next week (20-24 Jul) and would deliver a new panel. After that we texted 2 more times and called 5 more times with no response at all. And no panel has showed up as on the 29th. The only reason they got two stars instead of one star is that they were ready to load the trailer when we arrived on pick up day. Also, we were able to weld some tubing on ourseleves and the panel is usable now. I will not ever use this company again however due to complete lack of response from ownership ...

I bought a full arena of panels from Rising Star Pipe and Panels. I couldn’t get the last 8 panels into the trailer. I went back two days later and the employee said they only owed me 4 panels and I didn’t have the invoice with me to dispute it and the owner wasn’t there. I finally got in touch with him and he assured me he would deliver the last 4 panels to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Monday 7/20 /20, I received a call from someone saying they would deliver the panels by Wednesday,7/22. As of Monday,7/27, I still don’t have them. I have an arena I paid $1,800 for that I can’t complete and in my opinion, I’ve been cheated and lied to by the employees and owner of this company and will never do business...
