Ozarkland General Store — Local services in Ritchey

Me and my wife decided to stop in at Ozark Land general store on the way back from Missouri,to get some fudge. My wife said she used to go there as a kid and it was the highlight of their trips for her. She was right ! This is an awesome place ! The people are incredibly friendly and there fudge is some of the best i have ever had. We the big box of various flavors but, there I had never had strawberrie cheese cake. We got out to the car and drove over to Come & Go down the street and decided we wanted to sample it. We loved it so much we turned around and went back and bought another box. The have any possible flavor you can think of and are always trying new ones. They will even take requests. If you like fudge this is the place to go !! As a child, my parents would stop here and buy us 3-girls Minnetonka Moccasins and taffy. We loved our moccasins — and gobbled up the taffy. For years I’d been wanting to stop at Ozarkland. This trip we stopped. I did not find any moccasins that fit. (I appear to be between sizes.) However, my sister did. I did by a t-shirt, taffy, fudge, and Tiger King ice cream. Delicious. I gave the fudge away as a thank you gift. (It was Heath fudge and they were thrilled.) Oh, and I found my wallet. I’d been looking for a replacement for over a year! I carry my complete wallet in my front pocket. It has to be compact and big enough to carry everything I might need — from paper money to insurance cards. We had so much fun looking and buying here. It had something for everyone! From fudge and taffy, Route 66 drinks, souvenirs galore, sandals, boots, shoes, shirts, jewelry, home decore, and RV decore too. Large parking lot for your MH and RV's etc. Easy on and off from the highway. My wife was looking at a souvenir and a Missouri State coffee cup fell and had a minor chip. She was so embarrassed and they kept assuring her it was alright. We bought it anyway, we understand shrink in a retail store, and we use the cup weekly. Also we forgot some of our purchases and they were looking for us as we were going back inside to get the rest of our things! 😆 All around a very nice place to stop, stretch your legs, look around and buy some things you don't see at...
