Very frustrating experience, the owner should provide cheese for as much whining the staff did about how busy they are. I get we all have different expectations and mine was that I was giving enough time for my dress to be altered. When I learned 5 weeks was not enough time I picked my dress up to take to another store. I also expected that they would ask if I wanted the pins they placed to be kept in. I fully expected to pay for the time it took to place the pins but instead when I picked up the dress they had taken out all the pins. Not only did they lose their compensation for the time they put into pinning the dress, but lost a customer for life. Although they did gain a lifetime of bad publicly I would give in the future.
