Very Rude and don’t like customers asking questions that they can NOT answer so they tell you to leave. They think that if they say “sorry” we were letting you leave with a damaged car and that lets them off the hook for their failure to explain the repairs and or warranty. They just wanted us gone and on to the next in line. We were just a number to them. He’s your car now go type of attitude. They did admittedly say that they put on after market parts and wait to see if the customer notice any issues. Even if they don’t meet any kind of standards. Like the plastic over the wheel, noticeably did not fit correctly. When it was to be picked up. Wheels/Rims involved in the accident and in their hands were damaged, however we had to say something in order for these items to be repaired. In addition The car was dirty and the tire pressure low. All this was noticed at the time of pickup. These are items that are inexcusable for it to be ready for pickup. They were perfectly content with letting us leave with vehicle still damaged, that was not repaired and caused by them. They just were not nice to us. Read moreMy car was brought here by my insurance company. My car had been there for a few days, They called me for authorization and told me I had to come in. I said I’d be there that day but before I could hang up, the rep said I needed to make sure I came today or they’d have it towed because it had been there for a few days. I felt she was very unsympathetic because I was injured as a result of the accident. They also took an additional 2.5 weeks to complete repairs. Every time I called , they’d extend repair time for “another week” but the reason was essentially always the same. Because of their delay, which seems to be purposely done to get more money from my insurance company, I lost money because I was forced to pay for additional rental car days. Then when I received my car, I had items missing from my vehicle! Because of their unprofessionalism and the theft, I will not allow my car to be serviced here again. Read moreTook my car in for simple repairs and that's when the issues began. Communications were horrible but as a customer I tried to see pass that. It's as if they just couldn't get the repairs right I kept calling for updates as my delivery date had passed they kept giving me a bunch of excuses and auto jargon as if to confuse me ,they damaged parts on the car that was perfectly fine when I took it there.
