Been here 3 times since new ownership/management took over. Prices are noticeably higher, and the clothing racks are jam-packed full, making it difficult to see the clothes. Made a purchase of $19 and change, New cashier wouldn't stamp frequent customer card. Mind you, I'm a long-time customer and consigner with several stamps on my current card. They changed the whole consignment process around (without warning) and are rude if you don't follow along. It's much more congested now in their tiny staging room, and you're unable to see what they've kept. All 3 recent experiences in this new tight area have been complete confusion for us, with little room to move in and out. And the lady who works back in the little room doesn't help. Just in her own little world. Probably because she's tucked away back where she can't see what is happening at the intake door. I miss the days of being greeted at the door and treated as part of the consignment sales team. I will never understand why people have to change a good thing. I brought a few items in today and was greeted with āwhat items do you haveā and an attitude. No āhi how are youā after I walked in with a smile and said hello. A little bit of kindness goes along way especially with a small business. Being short staffed does not give you the ability to be rude to customers.This is not the first time that has happened and I hear it often times when I am shopping, how rude they are to people bringing their items in.
