Summerfield Sports Complex — Local services in Riverview

There were 6 people behind the counter and although I used the APP to order I still waited nearly 15 minutes for my order. There was noone in line in the store and yet there were 8 cups with drive thru or online orders sitting on the counter waiting to be made. 2 people were cleaning, one person was refilling the cups, one person washing dishes and one person working the drive thru register and the 6th person who actually walked over to see why I was standing and waiting. I had to ask for my food portion of the order and then was asked if I wanted heated? There were no straws or napkins. Good thing this wasn't a Monday morning, but a lazy Sunday afternoon. The parking lot and sidewalks are clean of debris and trash. Only field 2 was open to the public and that field is nice but a lot sandier than most fields I go to. Field 1 had a game going on while I was there, and the 2 fields to the right were closed and being taken care of. The man that was working on the fields and turned the lights off was very nice. I like the long sidewalks between the fields, great for the families that were riding bikes. Was happy about the amount of goals available for us. Incredibly frustrated. Moved to the area three weeks ago. There is obviously very little to do for kids right now. We drive past the soccer fields and see two people on different areas of the field playing soccer. Seeing this we go home grab a soccer ball and a football. Before leaving the house I check online says it’s open. We pull up as one of my kids is getting out of the car a city worker stops me says we can’t go on the fields. Really there is a gate that is open! I suggest you edit what is being shown online and you close the gate....
