It took a few times until they got back to me, and then a lovely lady helped me out with choosing and buying. I needed about 15 shades around the house, and three of those were supposed to be blackout blinds - I emphasized this numerous times - these are our bedroom blinds, and I was promised both by her and by the installer that they would block he sun. True - wherever the blind covers the window the sun is blocked - but the way that they designed the blinds they are too far from the window and too small to cover it, so that we wake up every morning to the first rays of light, like a Lazer beam into our pupils. Since I trusted both professionals in real design time, I was surprised when the shades were up and still the room was flooded with light. When I confronted the installer he said theres nothing to do and I should talk to the owners, when I spoke to the lady who sold me the blinds she had no good news for me either. So basically they sold me something I did not want and stuck me without the thing I desperately needed. We had regular cellular shades before and we horribly downgraded from those boring shades - we made a terrible mistake that cost us a lot of money. We were hoping that a small family company such as this one would help us figure out a solution to the problem that they caused but shrugging us off was insulting. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is how nice their sales person was and that we like our other shades. But the most important ones, the real reason we came to them in the first place, that's where they failed. We have definitely seen the light and would not be using Sparks...

Can’t say enough but this group. They set up our appointment with the consultant quickly and Anthony arrived early. He was awesome helping us pick a color for our solar shades. Of course I still had to ponder my decision but he never rushed me. I eventually decided my best choice was to go with my gut and trust Anthony after all he’s the professional. Well let me tell you I literally couldn’t be more happy he was absolutely spot on about the color and the the transparency.

Anthony told me about 4 weeks for them to come in, then someone would call to schedule installation. Which is exactly what the 3 other estimates said. Well we placed our order on 1/8 and I got a call to schedule for installation on 1/19, on 1/20 they were installed in just over and hour. Unfortunately, I don’t I don’t remember the name of the person that installed the solar shade but he was just as awesome as Anthony. He was also early but call ahead. Totally professional. We have floor to ceiling windows he installed four shade and cleaned up in the time is would take me to fines a screwdriver.

So I guess what I’m saying, is my experience was fabulous. The only stress was the stress I placed on myself. I totally recommend Anthony and...

I just had shades made for our bathroom windows by Sparks Interior. They are beautifully done. Anthony was very helpful during the entire process from selection to post-installation follow up. He was very knowledgeable what works vs. what would not work depending on our windows vs. what I was asking about. It was very clear he cared a lot more about his customer’s need and quality of product they would deliver than making a sale. I got scheduled for an in-home consultation very quickly and Anthony came prepared with a wide range of options to help me choose. The shades came sooner than expected which was absolutely great. Installation team also was excellent with their professionalism and attention to detail. I am very pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend their services.
