We asked our son to order set of washer and dryer for us and he ends up buying it from Best Buy. We got the receipt and delivery docket that it would be delivered on a certain day and time. Since I cant get off from work, I asked my other son to receive the appliances on my behalf. The delivery came but to my son's surprised, they only delivered the washer. I was literally clueless of whats going on because no one called us to advise us that the dryer wont get delivered because it was out of stock. It was so disappointing but I let it go. After couple of days, I received a call from Best Buy that it will get delivered today, 04/17/2018 between 8am to 12pm. Although I am not happy about the range of the time because I am being paid on a hourly basis, I agreed with them and confirmed the delivery. I waited ... waited ... until I started to get frustrated because it's already past 11AM, and I still have not heard from them whether the delivery will push through or not, so I called. The first call was a shock because he said that the delivery was pulled off (what@$&!!!) ... then I asked him again to check coz I told him noone called about the cancellation of the delivery. Upon hearing that, I started to get too frustrated again. He came back and confirmed that yes the delivery is still on. But I was skeptical about his reply, he sounded like "just for the sake of cutting the phone call". I decided to call the customer service in Waldorf instead, I became more angry to learned that the delivery wont get done until past 12 or later (@$%&!!!) I told the person that I am getting paid per hour and they just wasted my time at home waiting for the delivery. "Why no one called about the changed of the delivery time?" The "WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER!" So they all think that your time doesn't matter to them so they care less about any changed on the delivery time. Couple of minutes after I hung up the phone, the driver called and he said he will be in my place at 12:30PM -- Since I am still in the moment of frustration, I confronted him for being late, he then told me that he was asked to help other stuff before he was able to go and he even told me that he will ask the office to call me to back up his alibi. But then, it got ugly because the lady who called me told me a different lie this time, she said that my item has to be picked up in other location first. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!! Read more0 STARS IF I COULD....The warehouse delivery drivers are no help. One did not provide his name, he cut me off, he told me that it isn't his problem and to take it out with Best Buy he has 10 other deliveries in Waldorf. My washer and dryer was suppose to be delivered, the warehouse gave the driver the wrong dryer.
The driver then stated that the warehouse is in Glen Burnie,so he was not turning around. The driver mentions to call best buy and take this out with them. Then he hung up the phone. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I understand mistakes happen and of course it's on whoever loaded the truck and not the driver. Granted, drivers should verify invoices, paperwork, etc. The driver being disrespectful and hanging up is not acceptable. If I've seen the reviews before, I would have spent my money elsewhere.
Monday September 6th, for my new delivery, my husband gets a call from another driver and the driver states “the warehouse gave me the washer and the tools for the dryer but not the actual dryer”. I was put on hold with multiple people who would not transfer me to a supervisor, (Tracy kept me on hold for over an hour, still no supervisor, Axel answered and didn't even come back to the phone. Only useful and helpful one was Jamie and he didn't even work in that dept) . This is by far the WORST company I've ever dealt with.

I arrived the night before and slept just outside of the driveway. I checked in at 7:50am for my 8am delivery appointment. I didn't get assigned a door until a little after 9am due to staff meeting that are held first thing in the morning.
Once in a door, it took approximately two hours.
Considering the number of drivers who were also arriving for their delivery/pick-up the unloading time wasn't too bad.
I would recommend either setting the initial daily appointments at 9am as to shorten the wait for a door or have your staff report earlier so that you can conduct your meetings in time for the arrival of the 8am appointments.
