I absolutely hate giving this company a one star. Especially because I am a local florist that has been in business almost 24 years And reviews are what have made my business successful. Although I placed an order Wednesday, June 11, 2025 for a delivery to my father-in-law for delivery date Saturday June 14, 2025 As a gift for Fatherās Day. it was not delivered Saturday nor Sunday. I understand this is probably one of the busiest days as Valentines and Motherās Day is my busiest times of the year. With that said as a successful business, if I cannot guarantee a delivery on a certain date, I will not take the order or will for sure let the consumer know that we can get it out the day before or it will have to arrive afterwards. I can turn off my deliveries for a certain dates on my website, of course this is lost revenue, but itās a must versus negative reviews. I never got anything emailed to me or a call in regards to this not being able to be delivered. I would have gladly placed the order for an earlier delivery date. This was for my late husbandās father, and I wanted to do something very special for him. I always send my mother-in-law Flowers And I request an earlier delivery date, especially if itās for Motherās Day because I know how busy it is getting stuff out as someone who is in the business of busy holidays. I am just a small local flower shop with a handful of employees. Although Customer Service is my main priority. With that said I was extremely excited for him to get this board delivered because it looks so beautiful and all of the positive reviews. However, Fatherās Day came and went yesterday and he got nothing. I was not able to see him and of course my husband, his youngest son is in heaven.
I did try to call yesterday, although the business was closed, just called again and left a voice message. Me as a business owner after a very busy holiday I would make sure everything was delivered, and if it was not, I would reach out to the customer personally with a phone call or the least an email stating a problem. I received nothing. Not sure how long you have been in business but words of wisdom as a business owner you should turn off delivery dates when you expect an overload as I do. I did place the order three days prior, which I believe should have been adequate time because in the Floral business most people actually wait till the last minute. Again, Iām very sorry for giving this negative review although it hurts my heart to think a successful business can drop the ball in this matter. I did not go through a third-party. I went directly to the source as I tell all my customers to do this.
To refer you for a special occasion, I cannot do that at the moment. I really wanted to because with your reviews and the beautiful boards it looked to be amazing. Although my delivery was never made and when I called the automated system says it is still being processed as it did on Friday the 13th. Iām sorry, but Fatherās Day has come and gone. I wanted him and his family to enjoy it through the weekend as I was not able to see him.

Boarderieās marketing heavily emphasizes fresh preparation the day before delivery and guaranteed delivery on your selected date. This is not what I experienced, and worse, their response involved blatant dishonesty rather than accountability. (I guarantee I am not the only one, but maybe one of the few that checks.)
Hereās what happened:
I selected 12/31 as my delivery date, but the package arrived on 12/30.
I contacted Boarderie, and they assured me the board was prepared Sunday, 12/29, shipped that evening, and was kept fresh for 48 hours with extra care (e.g., frozen trailers). The problem? FedEx tracking showed it was shipped Saturday morning, 12/28, at 9:00 AM, meaning the board was prepared no later than Friday, 12/27āa full four days before I would have consumed it.
When I pointed out this discrepancy and asked why the tracking showed Saturday, they never addressed the lie. Instead of explaining, they simply sent another board on Monday (as they should have done {and had promised to do repeatedly throughout the process} in the first place). This wasnāt a mistakeāit was deception. Had I not checked the tracking, Iād never have known the truth. How many others are being misled about the freshness of their boards?
The replacement board was appreciated but felt like damage control, not genuine customer care. To top it off, their internal communication is disorganizedāI was asked if they could call me, yet the person who called had no idea why, leaving a completely useless voicemail.
Other Issues:
The board itself was small for the price of $175 (see attached), and the ingredientsāwhile described as āartisanāāwerenāt labeled by brand or origin. At this price point, transparency about quality should be a given. It feels a lot like "trust me, we promise it is good". Why not show us? Bottom Line: Boarderie charges premium prices but doesnāt deliver on its guarantees of freshness or transparency. Worse, when caught in a lie, they avoid accountability. I cannot recommend...

I had 17 people who traveled across the country to celebrate Christmas with my family this year. I ordered a large board, which was quite an investment for a charcuterie board. I purchased it because I had purchased one for my sister for your 60th birthday, and she raved about it. I was notified that our package was delivered; however, when we returned from Christmas Eve services, our charcuterie box was not there for Christmas dinner. I called them on Christmas, and they provided me with the best customer service. I thought, for sure, I would have to fight and complain about our missing order. Instead, I was provided with prompt, friendly, and accommodating service. Boarderie's customer service experience reminded me of the kindness and hard work of those who operate small businesses and witness the Christmas spirit alive and kicking in a world of busyness, profit, and self-interest.
