If I could give this guy 0 stars, I would. He is absolutely terrible at what he does and he has no business working on expensive cell phones. He does not diagnose problems, he just throws expensive options and parts at the issue, with little knowledge in a feeble attempt to fix it.

The earpiece speaker on my phone got wet causing the phone not to boot up correctly which is a very common issue, but he attempted a software softpatch for $100, THEN replaced the charger port as I suggested at $150. THEN broke my screen on my phone and called me telling me the screen "had a problem as well and needs to be replaced" AND THEN replaced it with an inferior part. Using a cheap older style LCD screen rather than the OLED type that my iPhone 11 Pro Max was supposed to be equipped with (for ANOTHER $209!) and then made excuses why the phone would not be properly water resistant any longer because HE TOOK OUT THE WEATHER SEAL AND DID NOT REPLACE IT.

I 100% absolutely regret letting this guy touch my phone. I am out $560 and now I have a phone with an inferior screen and NO WEATHER SEAL. AND HE STILL DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM! The phone returned to the same boot cycling problem the very next morning because he never found the real source of the problem which was a very common issue to have!

The best service EVER. MY PHONE WAS FIXED WITHIN 3 - 4 MINUTES!! I was on vacation and my phone’s touch screen stopped working for 12 hours. I couldn’t figure it out. He is a great guy and very respectful. The price was very reasonable, and I was nervous if it would be a ridiculous amount (like at some places) but he doesn’t believe in doing that to his customers which I really appreciate. I have already recommended him to a family member and I will continue to recommend him to anyone in this area who needs help with technology. After a quick Google search, I found Tillett Techs. My phone had taken a plunge in the pool. After drying the phone out in rice for a day or two, I decided to get it checked out before trying to turn it on. Mr. Tillett checked it out, and unfortunately the phone was too far gone.
