I was totally satisfied with Roanoke Motors. They treated me with total respect from my first phone call until I took delivery of my 2023 Challenger Hellcat. The dealership did not know me when I called, but took me seriously from the first conversation. Roanoke Motors is close to 100 miles away from me and I did not want to drive that distance without having somewhat of a idea where they would be at on a trade difference. I dealt with "Big Mike" and he went out of his way to accommodate what I was asking him to do. He explained he would take what I was requesting to Matt and see what they could do. Big Mike called me back within 10-15 minutes with a answer for me. The (ballpark) quote I was requesting was given to me, and seemed to be a reasonable figure, so I made the decision to drive over and see them within 10 minutes. We came together on a price and I am now the very proud owner of one awesome vehicle. I can't Thank everyone enough for how I was treated! Big Mike was outstanding to work with, and I truly appreciate what he did for me and how respectful I was treated! It was a true pleasure to work with him! Matt worked out a deal for me and I am very grateful for that! Opie was wonderful to deal with during the paperwork process and answered all the questions I had during that part of the process. I will totally recommend to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to stop in and see everyone at Roanoke Motors and see what they can do for you.    Read moreOriginally rated this place 5-stars because I felt like they were very honest and good pricing, but the last 2 times I've gone there, I felt screwed over on pricing. Went in today for a simple oil change and to get an Air Inlet Actuator replaced (the part has been $24-26 on Mopar's website since July '24). I came prepared, knowing the price and part number. Ended up getting a bill for $360... thankfully the guy let me use a $50 coupon, but I still felt robbed. I wasn't expecting to pay over $225 going into that appointment... but the $25 part was $80 on the bill + $165 labor. Then the oil change was $75, which is pretty standard, but usually I'd have a coupon for it... but I couldn't use the oil change coupon because you can only use one coupon, so I went with the $50 one for the part replacement. I should have broken it up into 2 different appointments, so I could use 2 different coupons, but I just wanted it all done and over with. When I called out the price difference between them and Mopar, the man didn't really have an answer for me on why the mark-up was so high - I didn't want to argue with him, I suspect it's just in the system that way, and he's just doing his job.
Another time, I inquired about tires, and they couldn't even touch Neal Tire & Auto's price on a few different tires I was considering. I was laughed at when I told them Neal's price and what was included. I was told that they called Neal's, and I was wrong, and how Roanoke was actually the better deal but that I didn't understand. Well I wasn't wrong, I ended up going with Neal's, and they did come with everything I thought it did.
I probably won't be giving Roanoke any more chances, at least not...

We had mostly emailed with Amber who is spectacular! My introverted partner doesn't like small talk and she was straight to the point, provided pictures, details and answering questions.
We surprised her a day early to visit the car while it was still being detailed. The low pressure, open and honest sales approach was extremely refreshing. Amber has a customer for LIFE! Seriously funny, knowledgeable, kind, inclusive to our kiddo with special needs, and her all around sales integrity was outstanding. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
Getting to see the before and after detailing of the car was like magic. We hadn't expected much of an improvment on a used car and we were blown away. They detailed it to the point, it looks like new! They even managed to save the floor mats that we had just assumed to replace.
Amber made sure we had time to get on the ground, really look at, test drive the car twice, provided all the specs and showed us a ton of cool features we would have missed. She let us really look at the car without hovering or making us feel like we were wasting her time.
The purchasing of the vehicle was the most time comsuming part but Amber managed to sell 3 vehicles at the same time but we never felt neglected. She put in the extra time and made sure we were happy with the price! We truly have never had such service excellence when buying a car as we did with...
