100 manor way receiver worker weird!! My appointment 3 pm and arrived 1:20 pm and they not taking me. And they saying 2:00 pm shift changes. Tried 2:30 pm check in this time she saying 3:00 pm shift changing and come back 3:00 pm. Maybe she doesn’t know English! I picked this load 9 pm yesterday from Tennessee it was 1 pm pu appointment how is broker find me 4 pm and I was arrived 5 pm and loaded 9 pm. I rush to arrive for receiver before appointment and they not taking me what I supposed to be feeling now !! After 3:00 pm they say people going to meeting you need to wait their meeting finish !! O m g! Also every trailer on dock tandem in front but they telling me you supposed to trailer tandem back ;) rules are just for me rules not for them.

Hey truckers when u turn right at the light for W manor way. The location is the left the 1st driveway. Then go straight towards guard shack. The female guard was nice n the shipper clerk Edwin checked me in and it went smooth but only thing I didn't like when u get to dock u have to drop your trailer and unhook ( it was the hot weather tho) the door u will sign in will say KNB i believe but u can look at my photos enclosed. Buts no overnight parking here if I haven't said it..

Last update --- person very kind and gave good exact directions .. took about 2 hours to unload 3/4 trailer, but not a problem .. better than the reviews, and better than others .. 👍🏾👍🏾

Update -- came back to the locked door at 1510 .. no one there to open it. ☹️

This part to to help other first timers .. check in at guard shack .. he might tell you a door to dock at .. DON'T TRUST OR BELIEVE IT .. told me to back in at dock door 5 .. i backed in, went inside, arrived at 1400 for a 1500 appt .. was told to get out and wait until 1510 come back inside to get another door assigned to me ... guard was wrong.

**On another note ... I saw that there's a lot of overnight parking on the road next to this place .. Applegate , it's a half circle and you can park along the road .. saw a lot of...

2-3 hours to unload app only, IF U ARE BROKERED TRU CHARGER MAKE SHURE U CHECK APPOINTMENT TIME I WAS PROMISED 9AM ACTUALY IT WAS 15:30 U CAN IMAGINE MY SURPRISE... CHARGER BROKER LIES AND TELL THEY WILL CHANGE APPOINTMENT AND THEN KEEP TELLING U IT WILL BE IN HALF AN HOUR THEN ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR AND THEN THEY STOP ANSWERING THE PHONE. PATETIC BROKER DO NOT WORK FOR THEM UNLES THEY PAY THE BIG BUCKS THIS LOAD WAS 1100 MILES FOR 3300 SHOULD HAVE CHARGED THEM 4000... GET URE MONEYS...
